This is a very basic microwave for small spaces. Timings are limited to minutes and 10 second intervals, there is no number pad for specific times. Maximum power is 750 watts so cooking and heating is much slower than bigger machines. The beeping when cooking is done is very loud and stops only when it has finished its requisite 5 beeps, regardless of whether you press stop or open the door etc so there is no way of operating it to minimise disturbance due to the loud beeps. Works well enough as the only option available to us for the small space we inherited in our new house.

Reasons for low rating are: Writing on controls is very difficult to read - have been using a torch Door is very clunky and I bruised/grazed my knuckle on the sharp corner of the door Illumination of the time etc overly bright - makes a good night light Lots of moisture builds up inside the oven

I just love this little microwave. It does exactly what it is supposed to and it is so compact
Ideal for a single person and doesn’t take up too much space. You may struggle to fit a full-size plate inside.

We purchased a black Sharp microwave from Myer online and after waiting a month we finally received a package containing a black dinner set instead. Myer would not exchange or refund us until they received the dinner set back saying the quickest way to resolve this was to visit a Myer store and do an exchange but the nearest store is 70kms away which is why we purchased online. We will never purchase from Myer again nor recommend them.
Pretty disappointed with our sharp microwave. Have to wipe out after every use - the condensation is massive. I had a sharp carousel for about 15 years and had no problem. This one causes me grief.
