The ivy colour of these pillow-cases unfortunately tends to the latter. It appears greenish in very-bright sunlight and under some artificial light. However, in dull light and other types of artificial light, it appears brown. I had seen the pillow-cases only online, where the lighting of the photos made them look greener than they mostly appear. The reverse is striped too, which is what I would have expected.

For the high price, I would have expected it to be striped on the reverse too, as the pillowcases are.

Since purchasing milennia 1200 thread count sheets a few years ago I will never buy anything else. When I saw the ivy I fell in love and purchased the sheets, pillow cases and doona cover, so luxurious and indulgent. Although expensive I expect these to last for years as my other sets of millennia sheets are still going strong.
