I love this bedcover. I’ve never had linen manchester on my bed before and am so glad I took a chance and changed to linen.The house I live in is quite hot upstairs and I was constantly kicking off my normal doona. I saw this bedcover on sale and decided to give it a try. I no longer get hot in the middle of the night so I can happily recommend this bedcover.

I have several Sheridan linen quilt covers and all of them are too small for my quilts which are also Sheridan - both wool and cotton. I've had to unpick the seams on the Abbotson covers to gain an extra 5 cm approximate width and even then they are not wide enough to fit, and the Sheridan quilts always end up bulging inside the covers where they hang over the bed edges. I wash them in cold water using an eucalyptus detergent suitable for woollens as recommended, on a gentle cycle, and I line dry them then iron them while damp to dry. So either they shrunk on the very first wash or were always too small. This is not a happy outcome considering how expensive are sheridan products. Absolutely love this bed cover. Great quality! Wish I hadn’t hesitated so long before buying. Just wish I had bought the king size as I do like a bit more overhang on my bed. Perfect weight for cooler summer nights.
I bought this same bedspread 16 years ago and it has lasted and lasted. The quilting is beautiful and the fabric is very durable. It is doube sided, with a gentle blue striped pattern on one side with pale blue flowers on the other. Washes well and doesn't need ironing. Highly recommend this bedspread.
I had previously purchased expensive lamps to match the navy colour I was expecting, as shown in the photos. It was so very disappointing to receive a denim colour. - not at all what I envisaged and quite deceptive.
I bought the Abbotson linen bed cover in flax as I already have a white one and I can change it around a little. Absolutely great product with generous size and keeps me really warm in winter. When it’s extra cold I add a little blanket and that’s all I need. Having linen bedsheets under the linen bedcover makes it so warm!!!!! My husband loves them too. I would highly recommend it to anyone as it’s such a versatile piece that everyone should have at least a couple. Thanks Sheridan!!!!!!
I bought the King Linen bread spread. The overhang is 420mm either side and more than enough at the back. The quality is beautiful and the colour a lovely natural organic beige. Highly recommend.I have just ordered two of the European Pillowcases.
