A versatile and technical reel that can handle lightweight lures as well as big baits. The sophisticated low-profile body houses the highly regarded I-DC5 unit, which is also found in the popular Calcutta Conquest DC. The SLX DC XT has been refined for even better long casting performance, anti-backlash performance, and resistance to wind and other weather conditions. The ultra-thin Magnum Light Spool III ensures quick start-up of rotation, making it especially effective for lightweight lures, allowing you to shoot the lure under narrow overhangs with a low trajectory. The micro-modular gears in the drive system provide smooth and powerful reeling, and the three gear ratio variations make it suitable for all kinds of lures, from makimono to shooting lures.
