The rotor looks good and works well, similar to the 6 bolt SLX rotors from Shimano. I'd buy more if I had centerlock hubs on my primary wheelset.Make sure you have the right tool to install them.

There seemed to be a bit of a shortage of available Shimano rotors when I was looking for a pair for my new wheels. Had a look at what was on the OEM wheels that came with the bike, and they were these, so another pair seemed viable, and are working just fine.

I bought this to upgrade from a Shimano SM-RT10 180mm rotor which weighed 208g. This RT54 only weighs 163g and has a much nicer finish. Not too many options available for a wide track caliper and this is the most premium available for Shimano Centerlock.

I got a set of these in 160mm for my urban/city bike. Love the centerlock mounting, but noticed that the rotors squeak/squeal. The surface is sort of polished and not sintered, so it takes some braking over time to bed in properly. Hopefully the squeal will go away once bedded in.
This is a great entry level rotor. Works as expected includes the mounting nut. And it is straight as an arrow! Great stopping power. Thanks for another great experience Jenson!
The rotors are well built, They are reasonably true. they are affordable. As long as you are NOT using metal sintered pads you are good. I love these rotors when they are in stock.
Great upgrade and affordably priced. I replaced both my rotors with these 180's. Mechanically the brakes work 100% better and with ease. Visually stunning also. A must have upgrade under any circumstances..
These are the entry level brake discs for a great price. They work well. They were put on a set of training wheels where weight wasn't a consideration. So, they'll allow you to have brakes when needed, which can be handy.
good performance at a reasonable cost, compatible with brakes from other brands, not just Shimano
