Shin Sangoku Musou (Dynasty Warriors) for PSP includes lot of new features. The game is said to have a short play time in each level, but the game length will be much longer. All 42 playable characters from Shin Sangoku Musou 3 appear in this game. The battlefields is divided into various areas, things you do in one area may influence the other areas, such as the morale, the strategy of your force and allies. The bodyguard system is completely changed in the PSP version, now the generals / officers become your bodyguards. You can bring up to 3 sub-generals with you in battles. The sub-generals can be either from your force, or members of the allies; they can execute Musou attacks, as well as using various strategies. You can acquire new sub-generals by winning the battles, or satisfying certain conditions. It is important to acquire sub-generals who have unique abilities, such as healing and tactical skills.
