I have been wearing my previous multi sports for years, so long that I can no longer see the size on the label it has been worn and washed so many times. The bra was that good! I really like this bra; the colour and the feel. I'm normally a 10DD but I agree with the going up a size; the 12DD is a good fit. I usually wear a bra with underwire, which this isn't and so far, I'm enjoying the experience.I also really like that is minimises the 'side boobage' so I don't feel that I am spilling out.My only feedback about this bra is the mechanism it has to cross over the straps. I'm not super flexible in doing up a bra at the best of times, but the mechanism on this bra, for me, makes it tricky to do up.

After years of searching for the right sports bra I finally struck gold with this one. I only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think the cups run just a bit too small. I typically wear a 28HH or 30H so I went with a 30H in this bra. The band is very snug, which is good, but i have just a little but of spillage/cutting in at the top which I think sizing up a cup would totally fix. I love that it is full coverage and comes up higher on the chest. I also love that the straps are closer set into the shoulders in the back and the front. I have very narrow shoulders and with most bras the straps cut in under my armpits and start to slip off my shoulders, but not the case with this one. I'm glad I did, I'm a 32FF, measured twice in store in May 18 and Nov 19, I ordered a 34FF and have found it perfect, with a snug fit on the chest band. I run 4-5k three times a week, I find this bra to be one of the best I've tried, my boobs don't bounce (I have to add a Boobuddy with my other older bras), I'm so impressed I'm retiring my older bra and getting another one of these. I bought this bra as I already have two Shock Absorber bras, both of which fit well and are comfortable. Sadly, I followed the advice given by Bravissimo on the selling page for this bra, and went up a back size. This was a big mistake. When I first tried it on at home it looked ok and was comfortable so decided to keep it. However, after my first Zumba class I realised I had made a mistake. It doesn't support my boobs at all - they bounce all over the place, which is very painful at certain times of the month. I persevered with it, thinking it might fit better after I washed it, but sadly no. I went for a run in it and all I could hear was the sound of my boobs clapping together. I have a number of Shock Absorber bras, haven't bought one for a while because they are great quality and last forever. I wanted something for HIIT as well as callisthenics and thought I'd give this a try. Doing it up does take a little bit of practice (Shock Absorber are good with their sizing but the first time you put it on you think it is too small because it is like a second skin) however now that is nailed and the bra is brilliant, I can even do some of my runs in it. It allows full range of movement, doesn't chafe and keeps things separate (I'm 34D)! Chose the Blue/Grey one which looks much better against my skin (I'm dark blonde) than I thought it might. So an excellent buy.

This bra was by no means a 30f when I put it on there was literally two inches of material missing I mean I might be carrying a little Christmas weight but I have not jumped from a 28in to a 36in in a matter of two weeks! when I measured the bra it came to 58cm, I’m not lingerie measuring expert but I think we’re missing a good 10-12cms here. I also ordered another sports bra in the same size and it was exactly the same problem. I must say that this bra exceeded my expectations. It fit perfectly. I had read reviews that said to go up one band size. I am usually a 36H so I purchased a 38H. I love the colour-Mint Green. It wasn't so easy to do up but better than some other sports bras. What I was really surprised about was the fit and how much support it offered. I was able to jump rope without any bouncing. Excellent support. However, I have a question about the band size. I bought 32 band a year ago and it eventually became way too loose, so I got 30 band this time but it is just too tight and I can barely wear this more than 2 hours.
I love this bra! It keeps the girls safely and comfortably held close and under control while I workout. Even the most energetic HIIT is no problem. Previously I wore an underwired sports bra and was sceptical about big boobs being sufficiently supported without wires, however this Shock Absorber bra has changed my mind. It also has the added advantage that, unlike underwired bras, it is machine washable.Even though I went up a cup size from my normal size, as I felt the fit a little small in the cup, I don't feel any jiggle when I exercise and the bra is comfy enough to wear as a 'soft cup' when I'm relaxing too. It's such a great bra that after buying one I then went and bought another!
