This knee brace by far out competes, beats and performs better than any medical device I have used to date. There is currently NO device that will stabilize the PCL without severely restricting movement. What makes this brace so unique is the design. It pulls over the knee easily with finger grips. It stays in place with a moisture activated fabric on the inside. It doesn't move! It has no annoying velcro to scratch and bother you And lastly ... MoreAs a former runner and athlete. I used to be a huge fan of this product and would have given the pre mid 2015 version 5 stars. The redesign done in mid 2015 greatly reduces the utility of this product for me. I play goalie for indoor soccer and this used to be by far the best product for preventing abrasions while at the same time offering a little support for the knee joint itself. It stays in place through slides and running better than any other sleeve I've used without restricting mobility and the old versions held up to my four game a week schedule for half a year of abuse at a time. I also appreciate that they cleaned up well in the laundry or by hand in the sink. The retail store let me exchange it in case it was a defect and I also had to buy another since my other knee was nearing its 6 month lifetime. Both of these new sleeves have developed holes at around the 6 week mark now. So, with the thinner sleeves I would only recommend this for someone who doesn't expect to make contact with the ground very often and unless they go back to the old design I will have to buy from a poorer fitting competing company.

Product fits well and provides excellent support with minimal discomfort. Additionally, it doesn't seem to heat up too much so not so much sweating. An advantage of this product is the addition of a clever design feature of loops attached either side allowing you to loop your fingers in to pull the sleeve up into position. A clever design element.Stitching is good and I expect it to last a long time and there is no early sign of unravelling.

Good sleeves for Working Out
4 January 2022

I bought these sleeves to help with keeping me knees warm while working out on leg days and helping out with some tendinitis I was having in one of my knees. Sleeves are good. I love the pull straps on each side of the sleeves to help you pull up on the sleeves. I'm giving this a good because while working out I will have to pull up the sleeves in between sets because it bunch up from time to time. Would recommend and bought backup pairs of these sleeves!

Good stability and compression
5 August 2015

I had an acute Patellar Tendon Rupture last November. My lower tendon snapped off at the knee cap and the cap ended up on my thigh. For what this product is, it does a good job with stability and compression. I have bought 2 different sizes and types. Tighter works better for stability if you just want to wear it for a specific activity. Looser or bigger works better if you need to wear it all day it gives compression but does not cut off circulation. I have also tried the sleeve without the hole in the patellar cap. The sleeve without the open knee cap creates compression on the cap and is harder to bend it also drags on long pants. Both of these sleeves can be worn under long pants but it is nicer if you wear shorts. I Hope you feel better.Duke

Great knee sleeve.
6 May 2021

Hi,since buying my compression knee sleeve I feel more confident when wearing it.I’m getting full support all over the knee while walking and a lot less pain.I am also impressed with my sleeve that once I pull it on it stays in place and won’t slide down as I walk. Also many thanks to the knowledgeable staff at Rebel that suggested the this product with my osteoarthritis.

Shock Doctor® Knee Compression Sleeve which is the best.

In October 2015, I was suffering with knee pain and used an old knee sleeve which I purchased in Chicago many years ago. Bright red inside and royal blue on the outside the stamped name was worn off. Unable to find the same one I went into your New Store in Tucson, and found a large selection and selected style # 864 which I found very comfortable and provided the help I needed. In Dec 2015, since I wear it everyday I purchased another so I could change daily. In March 2016. I was in a Big 5 store and spotted another knee brace,"ProOrthopedic..Neoprene brace which looked similar for $8.00 less, and wore it for a couple days. Superb shock doctor knee compressor
5 September 2020

This shock doctor knee compressor is excellent. My son had a knee cartilage fissure recently playing basketball. After enduring the various medical scans and was adviced to wear a knee compressor. He told me he only wanted a knee compressor from Rebel and not from chemists retailers. True to his word this Shock Doctor knee compressor has helped him to at least walk without surgery and alleviate his pain. It also protects his knee from knocks and helps it to heal in time. Good quality too. A very good buy.
