As a former runner and athlete. I have been dealing with a torn PCL and medial meniscus, since 2004 which has led to increased laxity and subluxation of the joint. Currently, I suffer from Patellar femoral arthritis, chronic tearing of the PCL and all of the locking,popping, and weakness associated with chronic knee conditions. This knee brace by far out competes, beats and performs better than any medical device I have used to date. There is currently NO device that will stabilize the PCL without severely restricting movement. What makes this brace so unique is the design. It pulls over the knee easily with finger grips. I'm going back for another brace for my other knee!! If this product was twice as much I would still buy it, bottom line.

I used to be a huge fan of this product and would have given the pre mid 2015 version 5 stars. The redesign done in mid 2015 greatly reduces the utility of this product for me. I play goalie for indoor soccer and this used to be by far the best product for preventing abrasions while at the same time offering a little support for the knee joint itself. It stays in place through slides and running better than any other sleeve I've used without restricting mobility and the old versions held up to my four game a week schedule for half a year of abuse at a time. I also appreciate that they cleaned up well in the laundry or by hand in the sink. The retail store let me exchange it in case it was a defect and I also had to buy another since my other knee was nearing its 6 month lifetime. Both of these new sleeves have developed holes at around the 6 week mark now. So, with the thinner sleeves I would only recommend this for someone who doesn't expect to make contact with the ground very often and unless they go back to the old design I will have to buy from a poorer fitting competing company.

Product fits well and provides excellent support with minimal discomfort. Additionally, it doesn't seem to heat up too much so not so much sweating.An advantage of this product is the addition of a clever design feature of loops attached either side allowing you to loop your fingers in to pull the sleeve up into position. A clever design element.Stitching is good and I expect it to last a long time and there is no early sign of unravelling.
