Best helmet I?ve ever owned. I bought a dark smoke shield to go with it - love having the ability to have 2 levels of shade in hot/bright Texas sun.I love how quite the helmet is compared to my old one. Also like improved air flow. I got the Aperture design and it is subtle, but looks really great.

Let me first say that I absolutely love this lid! I bought four of these helmets to go with my different colored gear and working on the fifth. I love the drop down sun visor, but fogs up on me at slow speeds or stopped. This can be remedied by some anti-fog spray, but a pain to get to apply. Without a doubt, this helmet fits me better than any other helmet I've tried and is super comfortable. Yes, this helmet is a little loud from wind noise, but this is an air helmet and it lives up to it's name. One of my friends crashed in this helmet and walked away with only scrapes on the lid. This is a great helmet overall.Pros: good airflow, fit is snug, and the ratcheting strap system is awesome. With the included Pinlock face shield defogger this is an excellent bargain for what you get. The drop-down sun visor works perfect although it took me a few times to establish muscle memory to hit it right. I recommend this helmet.

I have a GT air helmet that I purchased from another seller 7 years ago and love anything about the helmet. However, my helmet need an upgrade so I chose to say in the GT Air Shoei brand. The GT-Air II Qubit Helmet is awesome. I love the graphics and I love the fact that you can integrate the sena mesh inside the helmet. I like a clean look on my helmet. Revilla is great to deal with and they honor price match/drop. They drop my price on GT-Air II Qubit Helmet when the price dropped on their website within a few weeks. I am a happy customer ??
I got the green version of this helmet and so far love it! I bought size S and am a female rider for reference. I was worried that the pop down shades inside of the helmet wouldn't be dark enough for my sensitive eyes, but it has worked fantastically. My cardo system was easy to install and fits great. The only improvement I would like to have seen is that the helmet strap feels like it pushes into my neck a bit. I find myself readjusting the strap every so often, which works okay. Overall, I am super happy with this helmet!
This is my first helmet I can only judge by the fit and feel. The cycle gear staff did an excellent job fitting me with the helmet it fits perfect and feels great. I do not have reference point with a prior purchase. I did try on several different manufactures and this for me was the best fit and the weight felt manageable and comfortable. I have had some time riding and my opinion has not changed.
Very good product. My second shoei helment. My first was a question which was very similar to this model. It was a size small and fit perfectly. I ordered this in small also but I was going to destroy my glasses trying to get them on. So I returned it for a medium. Dennis kirk was great no hassles what so ever. The medium is just a touch bigger then I would like, but can live with it. They are great helmets.
It?s a fantastic looking helmet!!! Unfortunately it didn?t fit my head shape correctly and wasn?t comfortable enough to keep so I hated to, but I returned it. I would still highly recommend it based on it?s awesome looks, and because it?s a Shoei. I got the green version.
Bought this to replace my worn out Qwest. Overall quality looks and feels top shelf, the visor mechanism is a little stiff but seems to close and seal very well, I am confident it will become smoother as it breaks in. Noise level seems very acceptable unless both vents are opened then becomes a little louder, but I wear earplugs so is very reasonable for me. I'm not sure why they felt they needed to add a ratchet buckle instead of the double d-rings, I would rather have d-rings but I am having no trouble at all getting used to the ratchet strap and would not say it is a deal breaker. I do not and will not want a SRL communicator that this has provisions for as I have installed a cardo packtalk - much better unit by far, and I wish they didn't make this specifically ... The ventilation seems to flow a significant amount of air. It is a vey comfy lid and even if it is a little spendy, I am certain that the helmet will provide comfort for the years to come. Really a very high quality helmet. It fits like a glove without pressure points, is lightweight, and the ventilation is amazing. Very quiet when closed. No buffeting or head shake. I myself don't mind paying a premium price when the product performs as promised. This one does.
