I was long over due for a helmet change and this has more then exceeded expectations. Quiet on the road, comfortable largely due to it being light weight relative to others I have worn. The versatility offered by the modular style makes me wonder why I did not switch earlier. The price is high but it seems appropriate for its class and performance. It not like a suitable alternative was going to be less than $1k.
Bought to replace my original Neotec. The helmet is a good fit, comfortable, fairly quiet and doesn't suffer overly from buffeting. The central tab to open the visor avoids twisting and I like the vent position and the positive lock closed. However, unlocking is a bit fiddly with gloves on. The SRL installation is very neat but the buttons are also fiddly to operate with gloves on, and MESH is on the right. I find my 50S much easier to operate but, unfortunately, it won't fit on this helmet.
Great helmet. I added the Sena SRL 3 and it works great in the helmet. The only issue is the face shield does not snap into the lock at the front easily. I am guessing that is because it creates a tight seal when completely closed and locked. I recommend this helmet.
Love it! Great quality and comfortable. Also, Ican wear my glasses with this helmet!
Really good fit, great ventilation and very quiet, the breath deflector works amazing stopping the visor steaming up in really bad weather, perfect.
Just bought the neotec 3 satori from the Glasgow storeAs always staff are very helpful. What a nice looking helmet just feels quality. Drop down sun visor is very good. Definitely doesn't feel as heavy as I was told.
Amazing looking helmet. I wish I didn't have to return it. Unfortunately it is way too tight to fit my head. It's a very round shaped fit. If you're oval, buy a schuberth C5. My head is 64mm and the XXL is way small. Schuberth C5 is a little large so I hoped this would be the ticket. Unfortunately not but the quality, materials and fit/finish of this helmet is second to none. I was really sad to return it.
