It was so lovely to read the note left for me and to feel like someone cares. such a simple but heart-warming thing to do, it made my day and evert time I use my new Shoei it makes me think of the lovely note. I also had phone call to let me know my item was on the way even though I ordered during Easter. Customer Service like this is hard to come by.

Not had or needed a helmet for nearly 20 years, but the last one I had was a Shoei so thought I'd stick with a brand I knew and trusted... and I'm not at all dissapointed. Fastastic quality as I expected, perfect fit and a lovely design to boot. Would highly recommended this helmet.
The helmet is well put together, feels very premium and a big step up from the Arai Debut it's replaced. The visor mechanism is simpe to use, and I like that it can stay partially opened without dropping closed. The helmet is very comfortable, and it's less noisy than previous helmets I've had in the past. IMO the only way they could improve it would be to add a drop down sunvisor.
