Picked this up was time to expire the RF-1200. Lighter, less drag, I feel like it's quieter than the RF-1200 as well. I think I get a little more wind noise but it has more ventilation openings and can probably be dealt with if I close a couple. Don't quite like the way the visor doesn't stay put when cracked to the second/third position, but it's manageable. I feel it's a definite upgrade to what I had.

I've been waiting for this to come to the US for what seems like forever. Very happy with my new X-15. Still have not gone 218 mph. Probably need a faster bike. Not as light as my K6, but aero seems to make up for it. Seems as quiet as my RF-1400 and the fit is the same.

Really happy with this purchase. Helmet looks great(shiny not matte), light weight and fits perfect!!
Really love this helmet. My head size in on the mid-high side of med. I probably should have gotten a large. Just for a little extra room, just have to break it in longer now.
Very comfortable and quieter than I thought it would be at 100 mph+. Putting on a new visor isn't the easiest, but that doesn't really matter to me. My PackTalk Edge mounted very easily, and looking forward to many miles with this helmet. To late in the year for ventilation check, but I have no doubt I'll like it.The finish is well done ??
Helmet ventilation is exceptional. Comfort is top notch. The Cardo edge fits perfecting inside. I suggest the adhesive mount so the clamp doesn't gap your helmets padding. Also crashed in the x15 escalate. Helmet did phenomenally well. Couple scratches but it served its purpose. Adhesive mount stayed with the helmet. I give props to shoei an Cardo. I have the x14 and it was a huge upgrade it comfort an airflow.
Fantastic helmet. Great quality. Shoei is a bit hard to get parts for right now if you need them so be aware of that going in.
