Sigma Beauty - 3DHD Kabuki Brush

This is one of my favorite brushes- definitely a workhorse at my vanity. It makes easy work of applying powder foundation and the angles allow it to get in all of the creases around the nose and under the eyes. It picks up just enough product to apply without feeling like you’re wasting any. Definitely buy!

This brush changed the way I apply makeup. Before using this brush, I never realized what a difference an excellent brush made in the application process. All sigma kabuki brushes provide an airbrushed finish and can be used on both powder and cream products. This specific brush is perfectly angled, fitting into all the curves and creases of the face for seamless application. It's my go-to foundation brush.

Excellent foundation brush. Use it as much as I can on a regular basis. Purchased off of sigmas website who has outstanding customer service. This brush is super sleek, handles nice in your hands. Has an outstanding handle that’s easy to hold and use. I love everything about this brush. It gets in all the right places of your face and fits in the little cracks around your nose, under eye area and all those hard to reach places on your face where it’s usually hard to apply foundations without a beauty blender. The Sigma 3DHD Kabuki Brush is my all time favorite foundation brush. It makes applying liquid foundation almost fun! At first, I was going to purchase the F80 flat top but then I saw this beauty. I was confused at first though, I couldn't tell what the shape was from the pictures online until I watched the video. The pointed middle section makes it super easy to apply foundation to the sides and corner of my nose and in between my eyebrows. I usually apply foundation to the back of my hand then use one side to dip it and apply it to my face and then the other side to blend it out. It has shed a very tiny amount but nothing noticeable! I love this brush but for some reason still want to purchase the F80 flat top. I need to resist the urge!

Woweee! This brush is super cool. Bilaterally angled, which gives it a super cool look, but also helps to reach those little nooks crannies. The foundation around my nose concealer under my eyes looks flawless. Blends wonderfully with little effort. I’ve always heard that Sigma brushes are a great option, so when I saw this cute gift set, I treated myself to it, and am very happy I did so.

This is an interesting brush unlike any other I have used. It spreads foundation well and blends nicely however, I do have some issues with the brush. It is hard to clean as product cakes up deep in the dense bristles therefore you have to really work the brush cleaner into the centre spreading the bristles apart. It also seems to leave streaks with some sheer coverage foundations so I would recommend only using it with full coverage foundations. Overall, I’m not mad at the brush but it is certainly not my number one favourite foundation brush.

This is an interesting foundation brush. It has very different angles in the shape of the bristles. The bristles themselves are very soft. It applies my foundation like every other brush I have. Do I think the sharp edges of the brush help out much? Not really, I think it's a little gimmicky to be honest. Do you need it? No

Better Than my Blender

As I have large pores. Applying make up especially foundation can be a challenge. And my Blender can work to an extent. However soft kabuki brushes are stated to be the best for filling in pores. And I found they do work a lot better. More coverage and fills them better. Lightweight and blendable.

Cheap Quality

I was so excited about this brush my foundation blends well on my face. 6months from use it starts shedding i thought it’s normal so i googled. it is normal. with the lockdown for about 6-7months i hvnt used any make up at home when i start using my brush again the bristles are falling like crazy! i wash my brushes every 1.5weeks but sometimes i go as far as 3 weeks since i store them in a close box so not exactly exposed to dust or anything. so disappointing. now the flat part is uneven at least 6-7strands fallout during application
