Hasn't arrived yet and I never received tracking number. I contacted customer service and they were meant to get back to me with an update but didn't. Needed these items for our sales and currently left in the lurch.

The boxes were fine but the way they were shipped (ie nothing at all to protect them) meant that the top 2-3 were unusable as they were torn and damaged beyond use 🙁 maybe need to put your boxes in a box? Or something?
