I like these pantyhose. They are not as tight as others I have purchased. Unfortunately I thought I was buying a lighter shade than the usual natural color. Toasted almond appeared to be a lighter shade online but it’s too dark for me.

They are a Great buy. Such a sheer look but it has strong compression were it's needed. Waist band is just right. And if you need them fast, you can count on Ames Walker shipping your order fast.

My mother has these in the thigh highs and recommended them. Since she had problems with the thigh highs staying up, I chose the pantyhose. I liked that they don’t look like compression hose and are a soft fabric. Although they seemed to fit (I was between sizes and chose the larger one - medium short), I couldn’t stand the compression around my knees. I have old knee injuries so it may have just been me, but it seemed too tight in the knees. I actually developed bruising behind my knees, and so I returned them (great customer service). Also, I think these would be too warm in the summer. Am going to consider a petite knee high.

It’s not the same quality as sigvaris pattern pantyhose that I purchased last time, although with that pattern pantyhose it did not last a long time. It only lasted a few weeks. The sigvaris sheer pantyhose is not as thick as with the pattern. I am more careful now donning I wear the gloves. But this compression still serves the purpose. I wear it all day at work. It’s nice and comfortable. No leg pain. I might try a different one next order.
Love the color. This material from Sigvaris doesn’t pinch as much under the knees as other brands/styles. Great quality. It’s about medium in terms of heat retention.
I like the compression,they fit my long legs.I would like a silkier weave so I can wear them under my skinny leg Jeans and leggings. I can now but they pull themselves and my Jeans down to my knees if I don't constantly pull them back up.
The Sigvaris Sheer pantyhose are a great product and should be given a try when looking for medical grade support pantyhose. The compression seems spot on and the hose are easier to don than the corresponding Jobst style. Once on they feel really good and comfortable and the large-long fit my 6'2" frame and weren't too short.They look better on the legs than Jobst and are not as "compression hose" looking as others. Though not as sheer as Venosan/Ames Walker they still look great on the legs with really good coloring. I fully expect to purchase more of this style and would recommend them to any one looking for leg support.
The 781 is top notch compression and comfort. Very worthy of the 5 star rating. The large-long I ordered had plenty of leg for my 6'2" frame. These didn't pass my definition of sheer, however. They weren't opaque, but compared to the Ames Walker AW15 product, these could improve quite a bit. I know it is tough to get the compression right with sheerness but the AW15 achieved it. If lack of sheerness isn't a dealbreaker then consider the Sigvaris 781. The were EASY to put on (more so than the comparable JOBST product), long enough, and comfy all day long.
These were on back order for a long time, but finally arrived. I was given free shipping due to the lengthy delay. I ordered the same size as I have in the past for pantyhose but with a lower compression. Unfortunately, they are too big. I will make do, but order a size down if considering.
This particular order contain a higher amount of compression than I’m used to. I can barely get them on. Not sure yet if I’ll be able to purchase this exact order again. I did order the exact product I ordered from Sigvaris directly last time. That should not have made a difference.K. Halper
