Chair is good, delivery, packaging was good.But the assembly manual was horrible. Assembly guide was a lightly printed in small print, impossible to read. I had to use magnifying glass with bright LED lights to read it. And, to top it all, whoever packed the chair, had crumpled the manual in English as if it was garbage. The Chinese manual was printed well, but they are selling it in Australia. Not sure how many Australian customers can read Chinese.

Well, good quality but the position adjustment not good enough, I feel I don’t have enough lumbar support, from the initial position to the next one, trust me, you couldn’t sit like that way to work.
The seat is great, with great support for my whole body.but the seat depth is not enough for someone who above 185cm and the width of seat makes people who more than 250 pounds may felt bad with limited space.By the way,in China,they have a footrest for this chair,if they can provide footrest,the seat depth problem can be solved.
The chair is quality is outstanding, materials and good quality, very sturdy in designI am 6'3, the lumbar is not comfortable and the chair seat is to shortThe arm rest do not lock in place, every time I get up the arm rest move with me.
Really comfy - functions of ergonomic: recliners, mesh for longer lasting quality, movable arm rest upwards and side to side, the back in movable for your height and preference. The only thing thing I will say is when it’s nearing the time to get delivered, make sure you are home - the aus post literally chucked it over our fence - yeah it was in a safe spot but what if it wAsnt a chair but a monitor or something 😮💨 but yeah love it good chair
Overall its a nice, well made chair. My only complaint is that the armrest pivot adjustments are very loose and dont 'hold' their position.
I did a Youtube vid on this under its name. The back is constructed of solid polished metal. Legs also. The overall adjustability is just fantastic. Unlike gaming chairs the office style consists of breathable fabric, you don' t get hot sitting there. I am 6'1 and 230. This chair is solid. The back support is almost infinitely adjustable as well as the seat and arms.
