lower back support is really helpful. The only concern for me is just the chair provided 4 level to adjust from sit position ( Level 1) to lay down (Level 4), the starting point is always from the level 1, that mean it can’t be fixed if i want to maintain at level 2/3 or 4. Overall is good and hopefully the legrest is durable as I will be using it everyday.

It's hard to buy a chair and hope that everything will fit. Today, this chair feels good. Day 1 after 10 minutes putting the chair together. Now, to learn where all the buttons are and to find the sweet spot for the mood that I'm in. 6' 200+ give or take 75 pounds.... Now I can park my other SoHoo chair for guests.
