The adjustable headrest is definitely a big plus.If I have to pick one thing that needs improvement, I wish the adjustment for laying back can be stiffer. But it’s just my personal preference. It fits perfectly with the contour of my neck with all the adjust-abilities that I need (up and down, tilted to the front and back)One small shortcoming of this chair, that I have to mention, is the dynamic arm/elbow support, like some other reviewers had mentioned. If it could be made to move dynamically in all 3D dimensions, i.e., not just up and down, or front and back, but also in and out as needed, then it would be 100% perfect. However, since I could adjust the width of arm/elbow support by unscrewing it from the bottom of the seat, I won't deduct a star from such an excellent chair at such a reasonable price (considering the pandemic inflation!!!).

It took me just 30 minutes to put together and the instructions were so easy to understand. The parts and hardware involved were very limited and that was such a nice surprise to see.
