I had called up the business on a Thursday afternoon to ask if they had this product in stock and they advised yes and if I order it by a certain time that afternoon it will be delivered the next day as it was local and before Christmas and that was what they advertised “delivery next day”. It was supposed to be delivered as a Christmas gift before Christmas and was not delivered until a week after Christmas ! If I had known it would be delivered that late I would have not ordered it! Very disappointed with the misleading information I was given and I will not be purchasing from this place in the future !

This was the perfect upgrade to my old straightener - it heats up instantly and produces a much smoother result - feels very professional! I would have liked the on-off switch to be further away from the heat plates but now I am used to it, it doesn't bother me at all

This is not a good hair straightner for even fine hair. It pulls your hair, it is not smooth. It does not straighten your hair properly at all. Was not happy with this purchase. I did read reviews on it, however this straightner did not work how a straightner should.
