This is a really simple tool to use. It curls easily as long as you curl small sections each time. It can be touched safely when hot with it's great surrounding protective shield. Also, in my opinion, the beeps are loud (and annoying) beeping far too much and I feel it unnecessary to beep with every function! Aside from the beeps, it's a really great tool. Silver Bullet do it well!

Love this tool to curl my hair I’m not very good at using a curling iron or straightener to curl but this is just so easy and the curl lasts So very happy and worth every cent I paid for it too

Great product easy to use. Salon quality curls that really last. The variable heat and timing controls allow for different hair types and different style loose and relaxed or strong curls. My only negative is the name asking for a Silver Bullet XOXO sounds like something your purchase at an adult store not something for my 16 year old daughter's birthday. Suffice to say we didn't open it in front of Nanna.
Very easy to use, doesn't tangle and, although the curls are slightly smaller than I would like, curls really well. The only thing I find a bit annoying as it beeps for everything - turn it on, turn up the heat, turn it off, so this with the multiple beeps for each curl can get a bit annoying.
This curler is awesome! Really good for a novice or uncoordinated person like me! So easy to use with no burning fingers or ears and much better curl shape than I’ve ever got using tongs. I watched several YouTube videos about it and they kept complaining that you couldn’t do longer hair in it but I just press the button 2 or 3 times until all my hair fits in - works great!
I have very thick hair and this curler is perfect! So easy to use and quick! Curls look great and last. Just made sure you allow it to heat up first

This tool did not work for me. When I sectioned a part to curl it, it only curled a quarter of it so i would have curl the same section of hair multiple times. It took 3x the time to curl my hair with this tool in comparison to when i curl my hair with a straightener. It may be okay for individuals with short hair.
