The product build quality is nice and gets the job done.This might be mainly my own fault, but I didn't realize exactly how short "medium" would be. I removed one of the two shelves from the caddy, as the second shelf would have to basically be hitting your shower head to not be in the way of the first one (not to mention it'd be incredibly high up). I'm not sure what kind of shower design you'd need for two shelves to make sense on this height of bar. I would not recommend anyone buy the medium. Buy the large. Maybe just updating the product descriptions to be "short", "tall", "extra tall" would help, as it was unclear to me that the sizes referred to the height, not the shelves.

This caddy works well and will last a long time. (I have the floor to ceiling caddy for my other shower and it's still going strong 7 years later.) The designers thought of almost everything for this unit. I love that they included two flat, round pieces of plastic (that attach to the wall) for your suction cups to attach to if you have an uneven surface for a wall. The only problem is that the suction cups didn't reach the wall. The shower caddy sits at an angle because it attaches to the pipe at a slight angle, and there is no way to adjust it to be more straight since my pipe is in the way. Therefore, my suction cups are out of reach to wall. I tried loosening the screw and it almost attached but the screw popped out. I don't want to scrub the wall bacteria all over my body, just sayin. So, I put the loofa in a different spot in my shower to avoid this. It would have been nice for it to be on the caddy though. My other floor to ceiling simple human caddy has the loofa at the very top and away from the wall, that is perfect. Minor flaws, and compared to the other options this is the best one to invest in.

I have an old 1970s shower, and it has a build in soap dish, large handles for H/C water, handheld shower attachement and a mirror that was mounted by previous homeowner that's impossible to remove - all that said, I could NEVER find a shower caddy that would rest flush on the tile in the right places due to all these things - until this! I had tried the huge suction cups baskets that are supposed to hold 30lbs and never fall down.. yeah right! They were awful and came crashing on my feet and promptly went into the trash. Simple human has done it again - this shower caddy is unbeievably smart and secure, being able to adjust vertically and horizontally, so I can get the perfect fit around the shower fixtures. I saw several types available. Chose the expensive one. Generally, you get what you pay for. This caddy is very versatile (adjustable), holds anything you could need or want in the shower. Installs easily and is great looking as well, i.e. doesn't look cheap. You can't go wrong with this item.

I got this caddy back in 2020 and have used it ever since. I live alone so for me it has the perfect amount of space plus some extra space left! It is truly rust proof just like promised too! It also never slipped a single time off the shower head "neck" area as its tightly screwed close. I have been recommending this caddy to friends ever since I got it myself!
Caddy is okay, but the suction cups do not stick at all, so whole unit moves around. Knobs to adjust shelves were almost impossible to turn. The unit is disappointing but the tech support was much more so. I was cut off three times after waiting 30 minutes, then tech had no idea what I was talking about. I would assume a support person would be familiar with the product or at least have access to a photo of it. And doesn't anyone test these products to see if they work before they are shipped?
Tired of hearing our shower caddy crash in the middle of the night from suction cups releasing themselves, I decided to try one that hung over the showerhead. After reading reviews on a bunch, I spent the money on this one knowing you get what you pay for. Yes its pricey, but the screw that secures this caddy in place on the showerhead itself is awesome. This unit stays put, it has not moved since I installed it. The only issue is I wish it was longer from top to bottom so you could adjust the shelves more to accommodate larger bottles. You have to slide your big bottles off to the side to make them fit (see photo) or move the top shelf one all the way up making it useless. Nonetheless, I think this one is here to stay and I won't need to be replacing it anytime soon.

It needs at least one more of these little hook attachments, which can be removed and placed in other spots on the unit, to hold wash rags, back scrubbers or those nylon mesh washy thingys. I wish they sold the hook attachments separately because the unit could use at least one more of them. After all my crying and complaining, I will probably end up putting this in our guest bathroom and buying the more expensive model for the extra soap dish and hooks. With BBB's 20% off coupon, it will only end up being $9 more than the one I just bought.
This is the second one I have purchase. The first was bought in November of 2011. Some of the rods for the trays finally rusted out so had to replace it. That one served us so long and well that I decided to buy a replacement, if it was still available. Was glad to see that they were still being made. Expecting the same results with this one. Maybe even better!! First one was purchased at Bed, Bath and Beyond. When I was checking to see if they were still available, I was happy to purchase it directly.
