The spring rolls have a very crispy pastry, very light inside and very quick to cook in the oven. They are great for a snack with a light dipping sauce or even a small meal with chips and salad.

These are the best gluten free spring rolls Ive had in a very long time They're spicy, crunchy and packed full of vegetable goodness.
Easy, quick tasty spring rolls. Shame they are vegetarian. Bonus they are gluten free
Enjoyable change in gluten free diet. Can we be bland. A good thing to have in the freezer for those times when one does not fell like cooking or fancy a change foR lunch.. use soy for dumping or chiili dip
For a gluten free product these spring rolls are quite yummy. Good amount of filling in them and the pastry doesn't taste like, usually yucky, gf.
Larger than I expected and very nice. Would recommend cooking longer than suggested if you like crispiness.
These are fabulous - for GF and non GF eaters. It's rare to find something that is GF and Vegetarian!
