For the first night since the cold weather has hit, we didn't use the ducted heating. This is perfect for winter, especially for those us who feel the cold. It's heavy but not over the top heavy and each section feels like it's own cloud. I ordered the Chiswick Living Ultra-Warm Microfibre Winter Quilt in Super King. Absolutely perfect, quick delivery, great price, very warm but not too heavy. There are two people and two kelpies on our bed. The kelpies of course gather all the bedding into the centre of the bed while we fight to get enough coverage on the edges. Not any more, this is a very generous doona in both warmth and size. Woof.

I am delighted with this quilt! It is exactly as described and very warm and cosy. My only regret is not purchasing it much sooner. The quilt arrived very quickly too! I would recommend purchasing this warm quilt. It looks lovely and fluffy on the bed.

We wanted a thick, warm and comfortable quilt for the winter and I hunted hard to find one that we could wash plus would be thick enough for our Sydney home that has no heating at night.Well, BINGO - this was an amazing choice and if you are looking for a thick, warm, fluffy and light quilt that isn't 'noisy' or thin and pathetic - this is a sure-fire hit. I am so thrilled with this! It doesn't weigh a lot, and has this lovely 'cloud-like' feel about it (hard to explain!), but it keeps me so warm on these freezing Melbourne nights that I don't even need my electric blanket anymore. My only regret is that I didn't get it earlier.

Recently, I needed a light doona because of my lower back pain that would worsen with heavy covers. Luckily, I found an amazing doona that has solved my problem. Now, I no longer wake up in the middle of the night to adjust. This doona is both light and cozy, perfect for chilly nights.

Exceeded my expectations

I bought the quilt a few weeks ago as a replacement for a woollen one which didn’t fit the new king size bed. I was sceptical that it would be warm enough for Canberra’s cold nights in winter. However, it’s fantastic! Fits the bed perfectly and is keeping me nice and warm on cold and frosty nights.

The quilt is very warm and is a nice weight. It is very soft but does have an unusual feel to it - a bit rigid like a sheet of foam inside the cover rather than floppy loose fill. I am happy with my purchase.Delivery was extremely slow. It took more than a week longer than described.

This is my first winter in a new region famous for its cooold temperatures. I am so happy with this doona. It’s a wonderful weight & snuggly warm. I also pull the bed throw up too & I am so toasted. Really glad I bought it. Absolutely perfect
