Used them for my longer rides and they are up to the job, good energy

I took a punt on these to see if they'd be a bit better than my usual SIS energy bars. The upshot is that they are, in that they are easier to eat on the move and taste a bit nicer (I tried the banana ones), with none of the slight burning sensation at the back of the throat that I have experienced with the bars. The texture is a bit strange - it reminds me a bit of a gluten free brownie I tried out of curiosity once - but not unpleasant.I'd still go for real food out of preference, but as long life, functional on-the-road fuel these are OK.

Very tasty, gave me lots of energy, and weren’t too fattening
Very nice snack for when your out and about on the bike. Gives good lever of energy and keeps you going on the longer rides.
Nice
I bought and am so happy that I did I think is good
Experimented buying these to try when on long runs. So far so good! My digestive system is ok and flavour is great
Bars are great. Bought at what we thought was low price but sell by date was Jan 2023, which wasn’t mentioned. Would still buy again.
Bought a packet of these for fuelling on long runs. Honestly, they are amazing. Very soft and easy to eat while still keeping running. Wouldn't change to anything else now!
