Quality:Very goodEffectiveness:Very effective!Just tried it on my long run, I must say this one did help me a lot. I feel more fresh and energized compared to other brand. Taste so good just like having fruit juice and not too sweet either. Texture Definitely better than those gooey gels.Definitely will buy again and recommend products and seller⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been a casual runner for many years, but decided to start training for ultramarathons about 8 months ago. In this training, I'm trying to focus on fueling during the longer runs. The Apple SIS Go Isotonic Energy Gels has been one of my favorite ways to fuel in this training cycle. I love the texture and consistency! The packet is hard to open, but once it's opened, the gel goes down smoothly. I've tried a few flavors, but apple is by far my favorite. Cherry gave me chills it was so bad and I had to force myself to eat it. Tutti fruitti isn't horrible, but it's also not wonderful. I don't do citrus do to allergies. Highly recommend giving it a try because the texture and consistency is so much better than other brands, and they really make me feel amazing!

As a long distance runner I have had to go through the trial and error of energy gels, hydration salts and many other products. In particular, I’m very picky with flavored products, especially with gels which tend to be very sweet and thick. In my opinion, while SIS gels may be larger in comparison to other brands, they are the ones that are easier to pass, don’t contain sugar added (it’s the same grams of carb) and come in multiple flavors. They are also good with my stomach as very sugary ones tend to give me cramps.Overall my favorite so far. Only downside is that they are hard to find in store. Also, added electrolyte versions of this gel are not always available online when you need them for longer distances.

These work great. I’ve fueled lots of gravel rides up to 8 hours with these SIS gels. I keep a caffeine espresso gel for early morning Zwift rides before I’ve had my coffee or breakfast . Relatively affordable carbs compared to many and easy to choke down even during hard riding. Just tear open the top and roll the packet from the bottom as you suck the contents out. and please put the empty rolled packets in your jersey pocket and not the roadside!
I dislike many of the standard energy gel brands like Gu and Clif due to the viscosity of the gel and how much water I had to chug to wash it down. SiS gels are closer in viscosity to watery semi-formed jello, and I find them much more palatable. I've tried a wide range of their flavors (Pineapple, Cherry, Apple, Watermelon) and have found them all to be tasty. It does seem that SiS has stopped making electrolye gels - if you can find them, Raspberry flavor is great. Their Double Espresso caffeinated gels are also tasty but the caffeine content is too high for my system at a whopping 150 mg.
I wanted to try SiS gels, as I wanted to support a brand still producing in England; and to try another brand, against my usual gel. The SiS gels are clearly high quality, nicely packaged, delivery was very quick - arriving the day after I placed my order. Whilst I wanted to like the SiS product, I did find that I developed a similar sensation to that which I develop when I consume some brands of dilute fruit drinks -- not a headache as such, but an unpleasant sensation; I suspect I have a reaction to one of the ingredients. Which is a shame, as I would have liked to move onto SiS permanently, but alas not for me. I won't say I don't recommend, as if your own body 'gets on with' the ingredients, you'll doubtless be fine, but I might suggest people get a small pack ... I won't say I don't recommend, as if your own body 'gets on with' the ingredients, you'll doubtless be fine, but I might suggest people get a small pack or a few individual gels first, to sample the product, before getting one of the bigger packages; or mull over whether you have any side affects from 'x' dilute fruit drinks - if none of those bother you, you should be fine with SiS gels. In summary then - a very good option, if your 'constitution' doesn't expose you to the niggles outlined above.
Not what I expected. The flavor (cherry/ orange) leave something to be desired. The consistency was very watery in comparison to Maureen gel 100. Put them in fridge and it made the consistency better but it doesn’t last on rides. Also not a fan of the pre cut opening. It’s very small and hard to squeeze the gel out of it requiring either stopping or taking hands off bars.
I have tried every gel on the market - GU, Cliff, Honey Stinger, etc. I never was a fan because of the thick consistency. Felt like I was eating artificially sweet molasses on my runs. But then I came across these on the Feed. Now its a staple in my nutrition! I love the thinner consistency. It's more liquid than most gels which is easier on the GI system. You don't need water to get them down. The 30 pack is great for buying bulk. In short, these are gels for people who hate gels
I discovered these at the NYC Marathon as they were the featured on-course gel. Took a chance at mile 22 and tried these for the first time (I was close to bonking). Not only did they taste great, they were significantly easier on my stomach than my GU gels. They are more liquid consistency, so you can take them without water. They have become a staple in my nutrition. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn't care for thick, syrup-y gels. The only negative is that they are kinda bulky in size compared to other gels. But still, I cannot recommend these enough! Thank you to the Feed for keeping me in stock!
Purchased a multi flavor sample this spring and decided to get a case of the Tuti Fruiti bc they were delicious! I have had great success with SIS gels the last few years and am very hesitant to stray to something else for another flavor etc and SIS has the flavors to keep me coming back! I vary between a 20 min and 60 min intervals depending on the intensity of my rides. After squeezing a gel I feel energized and ready to attack the hills again! I never cramp up using SIS GO Electrolyte and these gels on long rides.
