The SiS Go Hydro tablets contains essential electrolytes (minerals) that contribute to moisture absorption and moisture balance of the body. During moderate to intense exertion, the human body can produce up to 2 litres of sweat per hour. Perspiration also causes a loss of electrolytes, which normally support the moisture absorption and moisture balance. Losing moisture equal to 2% of the total body weight (1.4 litres for a 70 kg athlete) can already limit the sports performance. This effect is increased the higher the loss of moisture gets. A balanced drinking schedule before, during, and after exercise is essential. SiS Go Hydro Tablets dissolve easily in your water bottle. Dissolve a single tablet per 500 millilitre bottle.
