Bought the product to help complete a 30 for 30 run challenge hoping it would turbo charge my recovery between runs. Can't say that I noticed a difference in the recovery when compared to my standard ( 45g protein bar, 500 Milk and turmeric capsules ). The taste was nothing to complain about, not too watery but not to thick. Mixed well in the shaker, considering my size (112kg ) this product doesn't contain enough protein for my recovery but might be fine if you're 70-80 kg or less.

I absolutely love this product. I have never used a recovery powder and purchased this as I had a full packed weekend planned. I did a 16km hike with an elevation of 822m +\- 3200 stairs climbed followed by a 45km bike ride the next day. I have no stiffness and absolutely no soreness. I feel great. I have only recently started inducing my physical activity and am by no means superfit. This product helped me by repairing and replacing what was lost. Will absolutely purchase again.

Good product, easy to mix with water, the taste is good and not too sweet. It really helps recovering better after training. The packaging in bags is easy to transport in case of race or far training, I find it useful too.

I have the vanilla flavour and find it really palatable. Sweet on first sip but not overly so once you get stuck in! The taste is so good that I haven't felt the need to mix into anything else. I am both coeliac and dairy intolerant so this is a fantastic option for me. Most importantly, it makes a great recovery option - my post-run appetite and general physical recovery both feel so much better since I started using this.
I have tried numerous protein and recovery formulas but few have matched the taste and effect that Rego offers. I originally ordered a small tub to initially trial but will definitely be ordering the 1.6kg going forward. The positives are feeling less fatigued after over exertion and less cravings for sugary foods. Expensive but worthwhile .
I have taken the product on 3 occasions only so far. On the first occasion, I was very impressed with the taste & the ease of mixing so I bought a big jar. However, on the 2nd occasion I immediately became very nauseous & was very close to throwing up. I also noticed some slight itching in the throat. On the 3rd occasion I took a lesser dose & noticed a slight nauseous feeling & a little bit of the itching. I will persevere with the product to see if the nauseous feeling goes away.
I really like this product and have used it for a couple of years when I do long, or tough rides. It definitely helps in recovery. 10/10 so farRecently though I managed to convince my GF to have some after a tough hill ride we did for her ride london training. She had been wary before. But now is completely sold on it! That should be endorsement enough in its self! 11/10! A Step upExcellent product. I prefer the banana over the chocolate.
This is my go-to post training session protein shakes for a few reasons.1. Its WADA approved which means for elite athletes or professional athletes we can consume it without worrying about doping when we get drugs tested. 2. To me, it taste like a milk shake which is fantastic given protein shakes usually taste medicinal and chalky.2. Its gluten free making it easy to digest.3. I have seen my physique become more sculpted in the 1 week I have consumed it post training session.
After getting in from any decent run I can’t be bothered making a proper breakfast straight away but need protein and carbs.Decided to give this a go and it’s great.Before I run I put some cold water in a shaker in the fridge and when I get home I scoop some powder in and that’s me sorted.The banana flavour is great.Feel good all day after and not reaching for anything and everything to satisfy my cravings.
Love SIS products, been using them for years. Find them easy to digest and after a run or big workout I really look forward to my Rapid Recovery drink and it goes down very quickly! Favourite flavours are Strawberry and Chocolate for sure.
