Skechers Mens Dighton-M Dighton

Shoes are comfortable a fit very well. I wear a very wide size which is hard to find but Skechers always seems to have them. Unfortunately, the soles separate from the upper long before the tread wears out. I have glued them together for a little more use but they only last me about 3 months. I walk daily for my job and I go through many pairs of shoes in a year because I rotate 2 to 3 pairs but I wish they would stay together longer

I work 12+ hour shifts (3-4 days/wk) as a nurse and rely on a light weight supportive and comfortable shoe. I have an instep that typically wears out a shoe in 2-3 months, and sometimes sooner. I'm always either standing at the computer or running like mad (lol), and these are the only shoes that have been able to keep up. They have a good arch support, and I get a good six months out of them. These are also the only shoes (or boots) that I wear that don't require an added gel soul. The color prevents a dirty appearance, and the solid "leather" construction holds together we'll - as opposed to canvas top shoes. These shoes with a quality pair of compression stockings are a necessity for me. And, they are extremely affordable. I've only worn the shoes once (for almost 16 hours) and they were a bit stiff at first, but as the day progressed, they were comfortable. I didn't even think about having them on. If they remain comfortable and sturdy after a period of time, I'll upgrade my review to five stars. I ordered a size 9 and received them in two days. Turned out they were a half size too large, so I reordered 8.5. Two days later they arrived and fit perfectly. Return of the first pair to Walmart was easy and painless - score points to Walmart!
