I actually was not going to buy this brand of sneaker. But the brand I was looking for was not available in my size. I have had trouble walking for the past three years and have had surgery in my ankle and knee. I never thought about getting a raised heel sneaker. What a difference!! I should’ve done this years ago. it has made the walking transition after both surgeries very positive. I no longer limp when I walk. I foresee me buying more of these in the future. I just wish they had more color options besides white and black. White I can do, but black not so much.

The shoe is beautiful to look at and when tried on in the store, fitted snugly. However after wearing it for a few days in real world conditions (suburban roads, shopping centre, footpath), the shoe feels heavy and has begun causing me foot pain and recently, also triggered pain in the knees. It's only been a few days since my purchase and I have only wearing this shoe, so I know I can attribute the pain to this and not any other shoe.Further, it slows me down when I walk. As in, one has to walk at a certain pace and cannot do brisk walk unless you apply pressure. Not really what I was expecting from a brand like Sketchers. Given that my previous shoe was also a Sketchers and used mainly for the same purpose - light everyday walking.

Purchased mid Dec. 2022, to wear to work as a nurse in a hospital and am on my feet close to 12 hours a day. These shoes look great and very professional. They are a little heavier than other shoes I have worn, but my feet are well protected from bedside tables, hospital beds, IV poles and other items that may roll near my feet. I like the bit of heel/height it adds, the shoes are quite comfortable. As mentioned they are a bit heavier than other shoes, but feel the protection is well worth the additional weight.

It's my favorite pair. I wear them to walk my fur baby to check the mail. If they get dirty and they do. I only use dawn dishsoap and soft toothbrush. They still look and wear like new ones. Mine are at least a year old. I love that they make my life easier and make me feel great about myself. Confidence is always a great thing to have...Thank you Skechers.
I usually order a 9 wide and did for this shoe. Perfect. Nice toe box and the Vegan leather makes the shoe water resistant, which is rare in a sneaker. I have to wear water resistant as I walk my dog alot and am tired of immediately getting wet feet! The wide width is really nice-ample but does not lose my feet. Conservative-enough looking for this old lady. The black is nice with a medium finish-not shiny or dull. Shoelaces are a good length, too. I have to tie mine twice as I have so much action due to a rakish arch.

But, despite my rather pronounced bunions, they fit well TTS (I ordered my usual size in medium), they have excellent cushioning, a 2" heel which I love. Only downside, they sort of tend to feel constricting with my no-show socks, but I ditched the socks and this way they fit just fine. As they are so soft on the inside, they can be worn without socks with no problem. I guess that after wearing them a couple of times they will give somewhat and maybe in winter I may add the socks with no trouble at all. They look durable but I have practically worn them once or twice, so I can't really attest to this. My daughter had previously tried on this brand of shoe in another store and said that they were too tight. The Myer staff member who helped us took her time and allowed my daughter to try on a few sizes. The colour that we bought wasn’t available in the other store. Purple is her favorite colour atm. I had no intention of buying runners that day, I was shopping for shoes for a wedding for myself. These shoes are pretty and claim to be comfortable. I am a nurse and I have to wear all white shoes. I chose these because they looked easy to clean and comfortable, which are easy to keep clean with a simple wipe but are incredibly uncomfortable they even gave me blisters. I'm disappointment because they are not cheap shoes. I thought maybe they just needed me to break them in but after a few months of wearing them on and off they continue to hurt me. I do not recommend them.
I purchased the Uno 2 - Air Around You shoes from Skechers for my trip to Rome. I needed a pair of shoes that would be comfortable and durable enough for the amount of walking we were going to do. I also wanted something that could work with dresses, so I wouldn't have to bring any other shoes. The Uno 2 - Air Around You was perfect for the job! During our two-week trip, we averaged 15 km daily. These shoes barely got any break from all the walking.
I live Sketchers but not these shoes. I bought these shoes thinking I’m they would be great to wear in the rain but they have very slippery bottoms and I slipped and fell on our driveway and stained my waist muscles. They are even slippery on dry pavement. I paid more for these. It was too late for me to return them. The only good thing about them is they are comfortable.
