I was struggling to find some control underwear low enough for my low back wedding dress then I came across these online.. I bit the bullet and ordered them and I am so happy I did! They are absolutely perfect! They control my tummy but the back is super low and you can’t see any seams what so ever! I even love the addition of the slit so you don’t have to take them off to pee! They really do think of everything. Highly recommend!

I almost love this piece. My butt and thighs are on the bigger side. So the legs are rolling up, but the top could use a little more compression so a different size wouldn’t help. It’s both too small and too large and I think someone like me would benefit from a different bottom. Please please please make this in a full bottom brief or thong! I’ve been hoping for a product like this for so long and was excited to see Skims come out with it. It has potential to be perfect!

This shapewear was PERFECT for my wedding dress. I had a low back and wasn't in dire need of shapewear, so I had pretty much given up on getting anything. As a last ditch effort, I tried this and WOW. It was so comfy, didn't roll, and was the perfect amount of low back. The boning was invisible too. I will definitely buy another skims product.I wear usually something between a medium and a large (size 10), ordered the large, and it was the right size for me.

I enjoyed my low-back shorts for my best friend's wedding! I would repurchase these shorts if the company made them a bit more compressed. I also dealt with the shorts rolling up as the day went on but that is to be expected when wearing shorts underneath a dress. I never have any major complaints when buying products from skims so I would recommend trying something out if you are on the fence!
I expedited the order for a wedding, in which my bridesmaid dress was a beautiful blush - not the most flattering - in a tropical area. I needed shapewear to help my figure, confidence, and provide breathable fabric. I LOVE the Sheer Sculpt Low Back Short because the low back and firmer lining on the side gave me a smooth, firm, seamless shape from my tummy area to the area just under my booty. However, the fabric is the most impressive; I have NEVER seen shapewear with this type of fabric - breathable, comfortable, and easy to pull on and off comfortable. My figure looked amazing in pictures and I felt confident. So happy, I'm going to order more. Highly recommend this product!!
When I first saw this item I felt it would be perfect for my low back dress but I wasn't sure if It would suck me in . Girl when I tried it on I was more than happy. Not only did it suck me in but my butt still looks nice and flattering. The shorts don't confine your shape. This is genius and the perfect solution to any low back dress. if you are afraid of it not staying there is boning on the side to keep you in place. Don't think just get it! For reference I am a size 8 in pants but I have a big butt and thick thighs and my waist is very small 28". I got a size M.
I bought this for my wedding dress and am really pleased! While the big day isn't here yet I'm absolutely loving it when I get to try on my dress. It still hugs me in while allowing the back to stay open. With my other shapewear (L) it can take some time to get it on, while I think for this one a large is perfect. My tailor even commented, "they really do know how to do shapewear well."
I thought the style was inventive but experienced very little compression or shaping. I thought I had picked full compression item so really confused. Was also frustrated to realize afterward that item wasn’t returnable. I originally even tested wearing undergarments to test but hadn’t seen that item was final purchase so was stuck with it. Since I was stuck with it I used it for minimal compression for a romper. When I went to sit down, it cuts painfully into the thigh if you legs don’t sit at a perfect 90 degree angle.
First of all…. These are just amazing. The boning in the front smooths your hips and defines your waistline while the low back and barely their material goes completely unnoticed in all your backless dresses. If I was being super picky I would love the material around the lower tummy to be a little thicker and the legs do roll slightly if you are sitting and standing a lot. Otherwise these shorts are well worth the purchase.

When the front is high waist and the back is low, it is hard to create the compression for firm control (that should be a no brainer). I found the shapewear aspect to be low compression, however, its do have some, and overall it smooth things out and looks much better than NOT wearing shapewear. One reviewer mentioned the "sticks" on the sides. That is called boning, and it is lightweight and actually does the job of keep the front waistline in place and not rolling down.
