I bought this for my toddler grandsons who hate having their hair rinsed. It works great. The hard part is to get the kids to relax. It'll just take some time.

Maybe it’s just me but this product doesn’t really do it for me. It’s hard to control where the water is falling. I used it once and then went back to just a regular plastic cup because was getting water/soap in my kids eyes. Maybe it takes practice, maybe my kids heads are too big? It seems like the rubber seal doesn’t cover enough area on the forehead to prevent water from falling in their faces when rising their hair.

I’m in love with the Moby whale bathrinser and the whole Moby whale connections. Looking forward to owning the whole collections ... the rinser is ver sturdy and well made and is light weight my 13 month old carries it with water and is very easy to handle

I used it once and then went back to just a regular plastic cup because was getting water/soap in my kids eyes. Maybe it takes practice, maybe my kids heads are too big? For whatever reason, my kids refuse to close their mouths and eyes when it’s time to rinse their hair. My daughter especially panics every time. I was hoping this would work a little better for them (my 2.5 and 4.year old). it would be better if the lip was a little wider. But this is great for smaller toddlers/ babies— works well with my 1 year old.
I’ve had this in my cart for so long, I’m not sure why I waited so long to buy it. I had a little pitcher that I used for bath time and my daughter would cry so hard whenever it was time to rinse her hair, because the water often went into her eyes. But with this thing, bathtime has gotten so much better! The little rubber lip helps direct the water to the sides of her face so it doesn’t go into her nose or eyes, and she actually seems to enjoy the feeling of the water now! It seems so simple but really, I can’t say enough about this thing!
I had this rinising for atleast a year! I l really like the functionality of the cup. I like how wide the spout flows the water out during the kids bath. I like how I can use this for my daughter’s shampoo day to rinse her thick and curly hair. I like how I can use this to rinse the tub out of soap after scrubbing the kidsbathtub. I am very please with this product and I am glad I gave it a chance because I stared at this thing for a year online.I contemplated whether I needed it or is it just “taking up space”junk. I like that I have a few use for it and use it every week. I hope Skip Hop will create more innovative products without plastic in the future.
This rinser is great. My little one hated having her hair rinsed because she didnt like any water getting on her face or eyes. The curved opening keeps water off her face very effectively. Wish I would have bought this sooner!
If I would have designed this product, the yellow piece would be a replaceable piece once the child head starts to grow. I still have to tilt his head back so the water doesn’t get in the eyes and he freaks out when I do that so it can be a challenge with using this. It does get out all of the shampoo in his hair so that’s good. Would recommend it if you have a baby maybe a one year old but any higher, they need to make that yellow part a replacement part for a bigger head.
It's a great rinser! Really works great for my 1yr old and even 6yr old, who has a bit of sensory intolerance. I just need to place it on the hair line and rinse hair to the back of the head - this way water doesn't get onto face.
Works great for my baby and my older child enjoyed using it too! Aside from the general purpose of washing hair without getting water in the child's face, it's also nice just to have a larger-size cup by the tub for filling up the tub and rinsing the baby in general.
