I bought the cheapest device Skull Shaver offered. I didn't know what to expect. But wow, I am blown away. Great great product. Close shave, quiet and powerful. My first shave was dry and my skin was not ready. A lot of razor burn. My subsequent shaves have been done with shaving gel, and what a fantastic combo! I'm very impressed and will continue utilizing this shaver! I highly recommend this shaver when using shaving foam, gel or in the shower. If used dry, have some aftershave nearby.

This skull shaver has saved me on time and moneyI was very skeptical at first because of my bad experiences with electric shavers. So would often just got to my local store and purchase a razor 3 times a week, spending over $80 a month just to keep my head shaved. I came across this electric skull shaver and decided to give it a try. It gives the best clean cut I’ve had, it’s literally like I’m using a razor. I no longer have to worry about razor bumps and burns due to the fact the my skin is so sensitive.It’s quick and easy, I recommend this too anyone who is looking for something small and compact, you can take it on the go, you don’t have to worry about purchasing razors every week. I love this product! Definitely gets 5stars from me.

I am not balding, but I wanted to shave my head and keep the hair off!This machine works wonders. I 1st had a barber shave my head, I mean I needed a test subject right?My skull shaver came in the next day. I waited 3 days to shave with it and BAM! My head was cleaner than the barber shave.I then gave it 1 week of hair growth and shaved. I had to shave 2 times to get it bald, but it was smooth and slick.I am shaving every 2-3 days and it gets smooth every time.I am loving this shaver. it's easy to use, easy to charge and easy to clean.I prefer to shave after a shower (it charges while I shower), I use a bar soap w/a boars hair brush and shave away!This thing is awesome!

I was skeptical at first, but I did my due dilingence by looking up YouTube videos of different head shavers, clippers, etc. and finally decided to purchase this one. The reason I purchased this one was because of the price point, it was a lot cheaper than the rest so it was low risk for me but wow! I was blown away the first time I used it!This cuts very close to the skin. Yes, it leaves a little stubble, but its practically invisible to the naked eye unless you're REALLY looking for it. I love the no-mess, low maintenance of this machine and that I can cut my hair every 2 days and keep it clean. I highly recommend this product and will be ordering another if this one every goes bad.
The unit says it can only cut up to 1/14th an inch of hair, but it struggles to do even this. It has neither the blade depth or engine strength to do anything. All I got was a patchwork job of erratically trimmed hairs after going over it repeatedly, like it only decides to sometimes cut. This was for both the scalp and neck line. It doesn't even clean effectively as it should in the paper handout. Took me almost ten minutes of effort by hand with a toothpick once the manual didn't work.I would have returned this but I didn't open the package for a few weeks after getting it (30 day return window) and now I don't even have the box. Now I'm stuck with an underpowered shaver that can barely even handle peach fuzz.
My boyfriend doesn't like a lot of fuss, and doesn't usually have a lot of time for grooming. But he absolutely loves his skullshaver, he says "it's the best gift I didn't know I needed!" It's gives a very close shave, and it's quick, simple and great for sensitive skin (other types of electric razors made his skin red and sore). 100% recommend this for anyone wanting a close shave. The only downside is the charge doesn't hold for very long, but it's only a mild inconvenience.

I got this as a gift for my husband. He finally decided to take the plunge and shaved his head. We clipped it down, but that can only get it so close and he wasn't interested in using a razor to get it lower. This works fabulously. It's so easy. He loves that he can use it in the shower. Super quick. Looks great! Honestly, could not be more pleased with this. He loves it so much he tells me he's going to use it every day to keep it low.
It has become my go-to shaver. Still experimenting with the three-head vs four-head (Barron Pro) attachments. As suggested, a wet shave does better. The only reason I gave 4four stars is that there isn't 4.5 :). Didn't give a five because it doesn't shave quite as smoothly as I expected from the ads - both the 3 and 4 head units leave a very small amount of stubble, making me less aerodynamic |:-) ... to get that last bit, I use a modern version of an old-style double edge. (Which is what I used to use, and took much longer, with a styptic pencil follow up.) Other than that, I love the Skull Shaver - it's fast, easy to use and clean, and I highly recommend it.
