I purchased the pitbull gold first and was so happy with it that I wanted to try even better, and the diamond is it, if you haven’t shaved with this shaver you are missing out, if feels strong and runs like a champ flawlessly through 5 cuts already and holding strong on the first charge. The travel case is second to none, I’m very very happy with this purchase and please note that although this shaver is a bit spendy, it pays for itself after a months worth of cuts at a barbur, this is second to none and I couldn’t be more happy with a shaver. If you don’t own this you are missing out.

I could not believe how smooth my skin felt. Far better than Remington balder pro I tried last year (before settling with pitbull)The shave was so good, I decided to keep the diamond.It is expensive, no question, but you do feel like you are getting quality, and it certainly delivers an extremely close shave. I should mention, I dry shaved...no preshave oil, no water, nothing. And still such a close shave.It's hands down the best head shaver I've used. (including the two previous pitbulls, a remington and a groomie brand)Highly recommended.
Reading the reviews, I decided to go with the top of the line, as it had the best warranty, had the best ratings, and came with the most accoutrement. It was fully charged out of the box. The first head shave, I had about 4 days growth. It took about 4 minutes to shave. Now that I'm every other day, it takes about two minutes, with the closest, smoothest head shave ever. The beard, I felt was not quite as smooth, but I dry shave and may have rushed a little. I admit I'm a little afraid to get it wet, although I've been assured that it would be fine. The motor is quite muted, but not silent. Overall I think this was a great purchase and I do not regret the extra money. I may get one of the lower models in the future for travel....they're that good....

I don’t need it razor close, but I’d venture to guess this is like noon-shadow close (if that’s a thing). I shave dry and every other day and I use aftershave balm after. I was fully expecting to be disappointed as all electric shavers in my past have led me right back to my razor, but I opened the box and read the instructions. I then used the mini beast trimmer to trim up my beard and hair. It is a very nice little trimmer btw. I then used the Diamond. This a was all dry standing in front of the mirror. The Diamond trimmed all my hair in a few minutes to just about a "12 o'clock shadow" length. Not razor smooth, but close enough for me to be delighted. Now I can be clean shaven all the time.
