As always the service was very good.However the mattress is too short for the bed ( that I also bought from you a short while ago ) and the double elec blanket is too long, also the two new double fitted sheets are too long and wide though sold as standard size.I have to wedge a folded blanket at the end to stop pillows from going down the end overnight.I have sent you two picsI am wondering if the mattress is not the right one for the bed frame? Great comfortable mattress. I purchased it to go on our guest room Murphy bed, so it needed to be under 25cm high to fold back into the cabinetry & not too heavy. I personally like a super soft mattress but it is still comfortable. I love that it comes as a roll up and is easy to transport in the car yourself and take it home. This is my second Fantastic mattress and I would highly recommend getting one as the other is 6 years old and still going strong.

Store Manager at Joondalup, Greg, was empathetic but said he can't replace it. Its as though I've bought a totally different mattress, one I would not have chosen due to being so very firm.I bought a mattress-in-a-box in 2017 and it was excellent. This mattress has very little covering between springs and material on bottom of mattress which doesn't appear adequate, springs are too close to surface of material cover.

Having never bought a mattress in a box before I was a tad cynical, but it is exactly how it is described. Personally I found it very firm for a medium but that's not a fault of the mattress, more my transition from a softer one. Despite it having a Euro top, I bought a latex topper which made all the difference. I bought the Buttons bed at the same time and the mattress fits it perfectly. I rate it, particularly if you like a firm mattress. Give the store you'll buy it from a call because they are super helpful at helping you find whats right for you.

I recently bought a bed and mattress at FF. I was very happy with all aspects. I tried to fill the survey out initially to say so. The survey was impossible to complete. I didnt know what 1 meant versus 5. Sometimes 1 means no good and 5 means very good.So i could barely read the numbers on this survey so i would definitely consider a different method andlarger number choices, indicating 1 means . . . Follow the simple instructions on preparation for use on the box and then a roll of materials turned out to be a mattress. Let it set itself for 48 hours then a flat mattress turned out to be a soft firm full spring mattress for us. Magic !Note: The costs of delivery from Fantastic at present are too high and I hope that they're lower in the future. I'd prefer to use the paid delivery service from Fantastic. Not too soft, not too firm, feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. The mattress itself is quite high once you put it in the bed frame. But I like the fact it’s high. Before I had trouble sleeping with my old mattress, this mattress doesn’t take me long to sleep at all and I feel well rested the next day. Amazing mattress. Really moulds your body as you lay down.
Strong and sturdy, I know this bed will stand through all my kids put it through. They have fun playing pretend shop, and feel safe from falling while sleeping due to the design.Easy to assemble if following the instructions. Definitely needs 2 people to build. Must be built in it's final resting place as it is very heavy.Love how customisable it is, can decorate it however you like.
This mattress is very comfortable.It's vacuum packed, rolled and comes in a box.This would have been helpful to have known prior to booking delivery to avoid the added expense of this.The delivery guys however were prompt and professional.Happy with the purchase and would recommend.Please though - be clear on packaging to assist buyers with decisions regarding delivery to avoid unnecessary expense.Thanks.
