I eat this alot on Keto. Make sure you wash it thoroughly and boil it for 15 mins. It takes on the taste of whatever you are cooking.

Love everything about these and the only reason it's 4 stars is because of the price. I just wish are wallets weren't punished because we have to choose a low carb option. To make sure you don't have the smell from what they soak them in, please make sure you;1. Rinse for 1-2mins2. Soak in Boiling Water around 5mins3. Rinse again 1-2mins
This rice is high fibre low carb and lends itself to a lot of sauce (tomato passata is my easy go to). The plastic it comes in doesn't have a recycling logo hence the 4 star rating. Perhaps it should come in a jar.
2 serves and great substitute for a filling low cal dish that goes with everything when watching carbs
Good rice substitute in soups. Does not work so well in stuffings or as a thickener because not truly absorbent

This is one of the the best rice alternative that I have purchased. The product is manufactured for 2 serves but you can easily eat the whole package.
