Bought three for a single interstate move journey - a wheel of one case completely snapped off when wheeling it to the car. Left a gaping hole in the case - could not take with me. The other two had no issue - but wouldn't consider for a trip that involved multiple stops or needed wheeling around cities. Flimsier than they look. Cat weighs less than 5kilos and you can see the hard shell drops a little at the weight of her.

This bag arrived slightly damaged and Temple and Webster were quick to respond and sort this out, however within 12 months the bag has continued to break and yesterday one of the wheels completely ripped off during a flight. As much as I loved the colour and lightweight, I unfortunately will reconsidering purchasing luggage from Temple and Webster in future.

Suitcase was perfect, spacious and lightweight. Holds up really well considering thinner material type than hard shelled cases and the zips seem to be good quality. Considering getting another in a larger size
A great lightweight but hardy suitcase which has plenty of room for a week away or more. Easy to manoeuvre with rotating wheels plus three handles. Highly recommend.
Cheap. Poor design. Wheel fell off. Material bends when knocked.
Absolutely delighted with my two suitcases for my very long trip overseas. I didn't want to waste my baggage allowance on luggage that weighs much. These are so lightweight and have hook to attach handbag which is really handy. Self locking mechanism and looks classy. Very very happy.
Love this suitcase I bought it for a hairdressing bag and the colour matches the logo and branding of my business. I've never had a suitcase that wheels so smoothly, great compartments especially the internal lid has a main pocket and then an internal mesh pocket. Very fast service also! Love love love it!
I do like this suitcase and i ordered 2 but one cracked and broke after its first use. i emailed T&W and let them know and they shipped a replacement within days. the replacement has been fine so far.
