A good light shoe that is soft and relatively comfy. The only improvement would be better insoles but for the money there are no complaints.

My normal size 40 was to small and i called them to replace them and was asked i had to pay for new ones , got size 41 the size was the same as size 40 then i called them again and asked why couldn't i just exchange it instead of paying again, so they said i was able to... ! the product is very good and comfortable i just want the new size to see if that is ok, have to add that was something wrong with my second shoes underneath .... still believe the product is very good! zindo Mesquita

The service that I had received from nisbets was SO poor. I had ordered my product and got an e-mail saying when they were going to be delivered. It had gone past the delivery date and I still hadn't received the order so I contacted customer services and they said its been delayed due to it being out of stock which is understandable, but after that they had messed me about and kept changing the delivery date. They changed it 5 times and I got to the point where I was going to cancel the order but I thought I'd wait as the expected delivery date was in a few days the product is good but the contact and delivery is absolutely shocking! Bought the shoes for my son for his work. So far can only rate them as good since he has only worn them for a few days but he does find them more comfortable than Dr Martens.
