MI phones are really worst, do not buy this phone 1. It's not 50MP it feels like 15 or 20MP when you take pictures (worst picture quality)2. There's no magnetometer , worst direction detection on maps or maps response and positions is slower.3. No screen gaurd or back cover available for this phone on market.4. Samsung M12 is better than this phone.(more than 5mp front cam)5.Theres no radio chip on this phone. This phone is low budget, but not worth 12k at all 6.this is actually a low feature worst phone.7. Taking out all the hidden features and scamming people with 50mp, snapdragon 6gb ram, and such false impression

I can't believe what junk this phone is. It hangs up all the time (even while on a call) and needs to be restarted. It's not fast either. Wasted my money thinking it was a smart buy. Don't waste your money too. Not sure where the good reviews come from, but my experience has been horrible!

Purchased this phone to replace my hubby’s Samsung j21s . Features are very similar , and the cost are virtually the same . He Prefers this to his Samsung
I upgraded from Xiaomi Redmi 8 to Redmi 10 and I am very satisfied with the newer functions. Easy to use, not bulky or heavy.Only drawback is that the case is very slippery, but with a protector, no problem.
I am very pleased with the purchase. The price is low. The battery lasts a long time. I would never change it for a Samsung. Easy to use. I highly recommend it.
