Had been using Xiaomi handphone since my first purchase of Redmi Note 11. Generally, I would say that its performance is far better than Samsung handphone. However, the recent purchase of a new handphone was utterly dismay. Item supposed to come with a free gift as advertised during 11.11 but to no avail. Somehow, Xiaomi Global Store deny it, saying no free gift presently. To all consumers, lesson learnt, to ask inquiry before any purchase of Xiaomi products, especially, products that comes with free gifts.

Do not buy from this seller. Camera was messed up. I want to return the phone but they will not let me because magically the camera works now. I bought another phone, I do not want this one. It's still in the packaging it came in. They will not let me return. I have been calling and going through this for a month now and everyday they tell me they will call me back in 3 days.Terrible service I will be complaining to consumer protection.

My Samsung was stolen, and I was told this would be a competent and reasonable replacement phone. Big mistake. The camera is TERRIBLE compared to a Galaxy! Dull colors, difficult to use. Also, the phone is not very responsive to the touch. The touch screen doesn't respond and/or responds so slowly that you've already tapped again, and end up tapping what you don't want. The screen also randomly goes dark in the middle of use. Very disappointing purchase.
