They are extremely comfortable to wear, and I found the extra cushion welcome during my 8 hour retail shift. I would say they fit true to size, I usually wear a size 8 shoe and the medium fits well. These socks do stretch out, by the second day i found they were fitting looser than before. they do affect the fit of your footwear and if recommend trying on boots with these socks as they definitely affect the fit of your footwear. I used these socks mainly in my daily life and I plan to use them during the winter in my boots to keep my feet toasty warm. I was holding off from buying hiking socks to ensure I bought the right hiking sock but I came to a crossroad that I needed to buy something to give me more comfort in my hiking boots and I turned to these extra cushion hiking socks as my first test and they have been a success. I don't particularly like the branding text size as I tend to like more subtle branding on my clothing items.
