I got this blender and it adds a fun pop of color to my kitchen, and the retro design is just charming. Blending smoothies and soups has never been easier—the motor is powerful and it handles everything smoothly. I also appreciate the simple controls; it’s very user-friendly. I seldom used this blender until this year, my husband used this everyday to make smoothies for our GUT health. It’s one of the best looking blender but not dependable. It eventually leaks. I found a company who promise to repair it, but for no reason he did not respond back to me.

I ordered all smeg countertop appliances on my wedding registry just because I liked the look but they're not the best products. This brand new blender is leaking as I attempt to make a smoothie. Sorry but I would not recommend, I'm afraid to try the others.

I love the retro style! The blender works great too. I’ll be getting the matching toaster next. I only wish they go on sale so I can complete the whole SMEG suite.
Smeg is always going to provide a lovely product, but I appreciate the strong motor and ease of use. It blends ice easily and purées well. When the blender is plugged in but not in use, there is a flashing light that bugs me, but it’s probably better to leave it unplugged anyway. Other than the flashy-flashy, I’m super pleased with my Christmas gift! Thanks, in-laws!
This is a lovely blender, but we haven't used it for long and it leaks to the point where it is unusable. There is no customer service support (2 emails and 3 voice mails to Smeg) and no ability to purchase the blender jar separately (contacted WS as well).
This blender is all aesthetics and no function. 0 stars if I could. Hard to clean, does not blend well, way overpriced. Wish we had purchased something else! Planning to replace.
I recently bought the Smeg blender and I am thrilled with it. I am a fan of the Smeg brand quality, and the blender is no different than their other products. It has a strong motor that performs all functions very easily with little strain on the motor . It has a nice variation of speeds available and clean up was a breeze. I love the choice of colors that easily matches my kitchen decor.
We bought the blender less than a year ago. I bought the blender because I loved the look. After a couple of months of having the blender a smoke came from inside and smelt like if it was burning. However I kept using it. Everytime that we blended.something the liquid came from the button and make everything a mess. Also, it was so hard toclean it. The plastic part in the button turned blackand we cannot take it away. Totally disappointed with this product.
The worst blender it started to leak from underneath and the blades wouldn’t click in correctly. I called smeg after 10 months of owning it and no one got back to me and I also called Williams Sonoma. I put the entire thing in the trash can. Do NOT buy this!
