Really disappointed, This is so slow even on speed 9. the beaters are useless for creaming butter, I had a kenwood hand mixer for 30 years and the beaters had flat blades, the Smeg beaters have rounded blades which seems to be a design fault. I was concerned before buying and chose not to purchase KitchenAid product for this reason and not realising the Smeg beaters were the same.( was hard to see online)I brought this product so that I wouldn’t need to get my Kenwood stand mixer out all the time, but it was a waste of money, I should have just brought a cheap one in Woolies.Smeg needs to seriously redesign the beaters and improve the speed of this product.

So quiet~ working well, looks nice.Just minor issue is that plastic body is slightly misaligned, so there is a small gap. I wasn't sure it will be issued in future, so I am still holding it. :)

Love it! Especially the whisking beaters, which aren't always standard. Also love the retro styling, it reminds me of my grandmother's kitchen.
A great little hand mixer which has three different attachments so is very versatile. Not to mention the retro yet classy look. My only small negative is that it is a little tricky to lock the beaters in.
Pricey but I love it. If your a fan of smeg appliances and like me love the design and colour then you will love this, however there are a lot of other cheaper options which does the exact same thing. But I love the blue and it was personally worth it for me.
Beautiful, bright red colour, intuitive, easy to use, very quiet, easy to wash the accessories and everything can packed away in a small compact box. Good accompaniment for small bench top kitchens
