We brought this microwave after looking through reviews and because of the name, we thought it would be quality but we were wrong. Within 2 months the door latch failed, this took three weeks for delivery and in total the microwave was out of action for nearly 2months. A month after the repair was made the bulbs fail and an engineer come out for a second time to fix a fault.Now nearly a year after purchase again we are waiting for an engineer to come out as it is not working.Overall for the price it’s an expensive basic microwave which doesn’t do anything special, you are paying for the name and not features.I just wish I was able to see it before purchase as I would have looked around.

Pros: It looks good and matches my oven.Cons: Got stuck 3 times on a prog- had to switch power on/off to release it from no display, non opening, and yesterday audible ping constantly on! Not impressed as this requires a step ladder every time to access power plug. The grill seems totally inadequate and takes an age to use as cheese on toast. The controls are poor and long winded to use, the incremental steps being too inexact. Considering the cost £400+ Can’t wait to get rid of it! Looks good though!
