While the blender works fine, the food processor does not work at all. No matter what I try it just will not work. I assume it has something to do with every piece (and there are a few) not being in the absolute correct position for it to operate. The spindle in particular kust sits loosely on the base, no matter what I do it just doesn't lock in securely because of the poor design. The instructions are also very vague so no help there either. I got this on Xmas eve specifically to cook some of my Xmas dinner dishes and it didn't work which was very frustrating. The blender clicks in and works fine though.

Difficult to get processor bowl onto machine so it will work
While the blender works fine, the food processor does not work at all. No matter what I try it just will not work. Smith and nobel multi function food processor was bought as a gift . My son and family love it .
I bought this processor mainly to grate vegetables. The blade is about a centimetre below the lid so you can’t grate the last centimetre of the vegetable.
Stopped working after second use, got a refund and will spend a bit more on my next one

The bowl is hard to get right which makes it frustrating to fit the lid and blade. The grating and slicing blades are quite frustrating trying to get blade into positions. I am quite disappointed as I was hoping it would be a big game changer for making my dinners and other things but I won’t really get much use out of it. Works well but feels very light and cheap. I find it doesn't always the food on the bottom of the bowl.
