The Squad XL is the bigger brother of Smith's Squad goggles. The XL variant has a larger fit and is suitable for wider faces / larger heads. The ski goggles have a wide strap that ensures that the pressure is well distributed over the head and that these goggles are always comfortable. The Squad's cylindrical lens is produced using the TLT technology, which ensures that you always have crystal clear vision, which is further helped by the Fog-X anti-fog inner lens that ensures that your goggles will not fog up quickly. The cylindrical shape of the lens means that you have more vision at the edge of your field of vision. The special ChromaPop lens has the ability to filter light at two frequencies. This makes the lens suitable for a wider range of weather conditions. The Squad is equipped with a quick change system so that you can easily change lenses. The ski goggles are equipped with the ChromaPop Sun Green Mirror lens, which falls into category S3 and has a VLT of 9%. The ski goggles are therefore ideally suited for (very) sunny days with clear blue skies. The ski goggles come with an extra ChromaPop Storm Rose Flash lens. This lens falls into category S1 and has a VLT of 50%. The lens is therefore very suitable on cloudy days.
