With a pinching motion ,using a mirror,form the lower /Upper veneer and impression material over your lower/Upper teeth. After 30 seconds gently ease the lower veneer/Upper, out of your mouth and allow the impression material to cool and harden.DO NOT allow them to harden around your real teeth. If you do not get the destred fit that you are happy with,you can put the lower/Upper,veneer and fitting material back in hot water and simply remold again.
