The Jikaro Fire Ring is pleasantly easy to use and worth the effort for the camp “scene.” I use it mainly as a safety perimeter for when I use the fire pit and grill or when using the giga power Li stove. It has saved my toddlers from burn injuries more than once. Additionally, I have found that the metal does not get hot and is useful to place utensils or drinks etc. As a table anchor, you can add IGT bamboo extensions and the practical aspect of the system only improves. No other company integrates their gear like Snowpeak. It is very fun to use for backyard get togethers and car camping alike.

This table is not only beautiful to look at and practical for camping; it's taken years of heavy use and shows no signs of wear or tear. If you've already upgraded to the Takibi Fire Pit, or are planning to, then this is your next big purchase. Mine has been performing without issue for 4 years and continuous to be an item that I don’t want to camp with out.Pros:- Easy setup and break down. 2 minutes up and 4 minutes down.- Sturdy and strong. Takes abuse and nothing breaks- Easy to clean.- Resists rusting; except for minor and mean really minor rusting around the threaded bolts that holds the 4 table segments together.- Have had no warping issues from hot cast iron placed directly on the table.- Creates a convenient place to put cookware when cooking over the ... MoreThis table is not only beautiful to look at and practical for camping; it's taken years of heavy use and shows no signs of wear or tear. Takes abuse and nothing breaks- Easy to clean.- Resists rusting; except for minor and mean really minor rusting around the threaded bolts that holds the 4 table segments together.- Have had no warping issues from hot cast iron placed directly on the table.- Creates a convenient place to put cookware when cooking over the fire.- Creates a place to lean fire tools or gloves on top of when tending to the fire.- Can be used as a foot rest with or without a fire.- Can be setup around existing camp fire rings commonly found in campgrounds.- Creates an opportunity to connect an IGT extension table.- Enhances the warmth of the fire. It traps heat underneath and pushes it out towards the user. The effect for the user is heat above and below the table.Cons:- It’s heavy; but to be expected for this type of product that’s made well.- It can get scorching hot in direct sunlight in hot climates. You may need gloves to disassemble.- The bag it comes with will not last as long as the product itself; you’ll probably want to get the Jikaro carrying case sold separately.- Will take up significant space in your vehicle. If you have a small car, that may be an issue.- The threaded bolts that hold the 4 table tops together can be a challenge to unscrew if the tops are angled or on uneven ground.- Minor rusting from the threaded bolts. Again, very minor and from leaving out in wet weather.- It will collect ash, embers, and other debris. Frequent cleaning of the top will be needed.Improvements:- Would be nice to if there was a way to use one of the table tops with the support legs. Sometimes the ground is very uneven or I’m working around a unique fire ring and removing the legs on one piece would be helpful.- Would be nice if the legs had the ability to separate at the top of the arch near the ground. This would allow flexibility in the setup in certain situations.- Would be nice if a single table segment could be used on it’s own. Currently I use snow peak stakes to secure the legs in place. The table can be used easily with only 3 of the table tops connected.- Would be nice if there was some type of mesh/screen that could be inserted into pre-existing holes on the table so that I could add protection from embers if burning poppy wood.

I've been using this in my backyard around my Snow Peak large fireplace. The fit and finish are beautiful. It allows you to sit around the fire, cook and have drinks on a surface area that's unaffected by heat, burning ashes and flame. It's very easy to put together and stable once it's configured. It will fit the large or medium size fireplace depending on which way you put it together. Breaks down into a relatively compact size that's not to heavy to carry to a campsite for car camping, etc.. Very pleased overall!

The Jikaro Firering Table and Takibi Fire and Grill make it possible to have Takibi time in high style everywhere I go. I set the whole thing up in under five minutes, popped the Coal Bed accessory into the Fire and Grill, and started a bunch of hardwood lump coals using the Giga Folding Torch. In no time at all, my friend and I were enjoying a nicely grilled dinner for two in the woods (although the Jikaro would easily accommodate 4-6 people). Then I popped on the Floga to keep the party going with a nice, roaring hot fire. The Jikaro Firering Table transformed our $21 state park campsite into a luxury resort! The best part is: The whole table packs down into the trunk of my tiny car, with room to spare! The best part is: The whole table packs down into the trunk of my tiny car, with room to spare! The quality and construction are excellent, like everything Snow Peak makes. It’s well worth the asking price for something that will most likely outlast its current owner. Highly recommended!
Snow Peak’s design is impeccable. They are a cut above any other camping products out there when it comes to camping furniture. The jikaro table is easy to setup and take down. Snow Peak’s stainless is amazing. Strong and robust. My only wish is that the jikaro bag that it comes with can be sturdier. Knowing this, I bought the jiakro carrying case separately. This carrying case is worth every penny. This nylon is tough and there are additional handles on the bottom of the bag to hold with your hand while you carry the bag on your shoulders. Excellent product, I highly recommend it.
Snow Peak Jikaro Firering Table is superbly constructed with high quality stainless steel table tops and legs. It has distinct heft and feels very solid. It pairs so well with the Snow Peak Takibi fireplace and grill, making for a top of the line entertaining setup for one or a small group. Highly recommend!
Table is great. The grill comes with a nice canvas bag to carry in…. This large item with pointy corners comes with a nylon bag. In short, pay $330 for a item that you now need to spend $120 for the bag. Am not mad…. Just disappointed.
I’ve recently ordered the Tabiki Fire and Grill along with the Jikaro Firering Table. I’m very happy with the build of the tabiki fireplace and table. Very sturdy stainless welded construction. Engineering aligns perfectly. Very packable and nearly ready for open air socially distanced small bbq gatherings and safe fire camping on the go. Matsutaki season is upon us. I’m only missing the Fireplace Coal Bed and the Iron Griddle to make for the best experience and complete the system. Both items were out of stock in North America. They also were not easily located on the website in connection with the center piece item, the Tabiki Fire and Grill. Good thing I new they existed or I might never have looked or let alone purchased a system with seemingly limited ... MoreI’ve recently ordered the Tabiki Fire and Grill along with the Jikaro Firering Table. I’m only missing the Fireplace Coal Bed and the Iron Griddle to make for the best experience and complete the system. Both items were out of stock in North America. They also were not easily located on the website in connection with the center piece item, the Tabiki Fire and Grill. Good thing I new they existed or I might never have looked or let alone purchased a system with seemingly limited potential. After speaking with customer service, I’m told the grill is on the manifest on a current container shipment but the Coal Plate will not be arriving until the end of Oct. Please do a better job of coordinating the stock of the entire system so that customers can order the complete systems together and not have to pay customs and duties for multiple cross border orders for individual pieces. These costs are exorbitant when spread out over multiple shipments. Thank you Snow Peak for making such excellent products. Please keep them available.
It was pretty useful to make to out stuffs around fire pit.Only thing that weight of table and bag was not proper to put this table back so had to buy another suitable bag however it makes sounds while I am driving and get own damage by itself .
This is the best firing table for camping. one thing I would like to talk about the carrying bag. It is not strong enough and easy to be broken. It definitely needs to be improved.
