We are still trying to contact SodaStream by phone, as I think we need either a new machine or a new C02 bottle?? Customer Services are not good at all!!

Easy to set up and use. Pepsi max cherry actually tastes like the real thing!

I have wanted a soda stream for decades just never justified the price. However rising costs in supermarket, a good offer with sodastream and more importantly pepsi max cherry being available there was no better time to do the costings and see if its financial viable long term. It was.Everyone appears to like the pop.... even my son is happy to loose the cans and use the machine.Instructions are very clear and easy to follow.Packaged extremely well so all items came undamaged.Ordered on a bank holiday weekend and it arrived by Friday and was free postage.Very happy purchase.

Great machine with quick release and when modded

I bought this as a gift as my sister drinks lots of fizzy drink.I have the ART and it’s converted, obviously soda stream don’t endorse this. The quick release system for the bottles and the gas is brilliant.Apart from the reduction in waste the mixes are very good too.The only down side to this machine is gas refills, search the web and covert to 2.5kg up to a 6kg bottle of gas as this greatly reduces the price of the drink as I have the 6kg and it’s £30 to fill and I’ve done over 500 large bottles of fizzy water and I’m not worried on how many times I fizz the water.Great product.

Living the dream!
1 July 2023

I was denied a sodastream growing up. 70’s. Suckered by offers, might have had alcohol. Bit - well now I own one.Not sure how to get gas refil, sending them back needs four not the one supplied. Monthly subscription solves this but - well, that’s a lot of money. That said, I’ve had fizzy water each night after work since I got it. Easy to use, the bundled flavours are great but I am more likely to just add to squash..only negative, it’s a tall bit of kit. At back of worktop i find i keep whacking the bottom of the bottle on anything that’s in front of it. Could do with being a bit higher off the ground

Simple but effective

The machine itself is easy to use but the button on top has quite a bit of travel, which we didn't realise at first, so we think it needs pressing fully to the bottom - but is it held for 1 second once you start pressing or once fully pressed then held for a second? No big deal I suppose either way, but it suggests 3 presses for normal fizz, up to 5 for more fizz - 3 presses doesn't seem to make it fizzy like shop bought drinks i.e. when gently shaking the flavours in it doesn't want to explode everywhere (that's a good!), so maybe 5 is the way to go, but then you'll get through a gas canister quicker and it'll cost you more in the long run.So if you're ok with a fizziness that's like a shop pop that's been open a few days, 3 is OK, If you'll only think this ... MoreThe machine itself is easy to use but the button on top has quite a bit of travel, which we didn't realise at first, so we think it needs pressing fully to the bottom - but is it held for 1 second once you start pressing or once fully pressed then held for a second? Soda Stream Terra
16 July 2023

First time in Lakeland for me after ordering from them for many years. It won’t be the last, I loved it. Jo-Anne offered me the chance to try the Soda Stream Terra free of charge, I couldn’t believe my luck. All I had to do was place a review…good or bad. So here we go: The soda stream is extremely well packaged and so easy to set up I couldn’t believe it. I’m a complete technophobe. The flavours I was given to try were 7 Up and Pepsi Max, both of which taste fabulous. My grandchildren are going to love this. It’s also eco friendly which I love, no plastic waste, just reusable bottles.

Soda stream

Firstly, can I say thanks for allowing me the opportunity to try this Soda Stream.I am delighted with it. It is sleek and modern in the kitchen. I leave it out as I use it every day. It was very easy to assemble. The instructions and pictures were very user friendly. The hardest part was removing the adhesive label. So far I have only made soda for my wine Spritzers and 7Up. Whilst they are perhaps expensive to buy, the savings will compensate. I will also be more Eco friendly as I wont be buying plastic bottles of mixers. I have already recommended the product to my friends. Tonic water next!

Soda stream excitement soon fell flat just like its drinks.
20 July 2023

Not impressed. If you think buying a soda stream will replace store bought drinks, think again! Drinks taste nothing like what you would buy from a shop. Purchased Pepsi max to try, what a waste of time, effort and money. Tasted nothing like a bottle from the shop. Tried other flavours with similar results. Whatever the gas is, it’s nothing like the gas used it shop bought pop, this thing goes flat within minutes. Unable to return it as it’s used but wish I hadn’t wasted my money. Would not recommend soda stream.

Soda stream revival
7 January 2023

Had a sofa stream decades ago when my children were young. Thought I'd give my grandchildren a surprise at xmas. Unfortunately it fell a little flat as I forgot to ask if they like fizzy drinks. They drink water? But my youngest grandson 4, thought the bubbles were hilarious and they all had fun making just fizzy water. My wife and I love the Pepsi and 7 up. Tried to get ginger but couldn't find any. The sodastream was and still is being used. Simple to set up. Takes up hardly any room and brings a smile to my families faces.

Sodastream good but they could go further
7 August 2023

With the offer price and getting the extra 10% off just for giving them your email well worth it. Doing 1ltr at a time always better than buying larger bottles then they go flat before you finish them.Everything is about sustainability reducing single use plastic waste and lowering the carbon footprint so why aren't they doing an exchange policy on the 1ltr soda bottles as they do have an expiry date on them, also instead of doing multiple small bottles of syrups if people are buying the same flavour offer larger bottle sizes. But being able to basically have any carbonated soft drinks on tap so much easier than buying multiple 2ltr bottles from the shop feeling you've been over charged and having to carry them back.I would still highly recommend these to anyone
