Just what I wanted. Light weight and small enough to slide into a cupboard standing on it's side meaning it takes up no room but big enough to do the job. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Competitive price. What's not to like? I love it.
I am quite happy with this scale. It is large, and easy to clean. It is also thin, and can be hung on the inside of a door or against a wall as it has a small hole in the back.It’s also a small detail, but I appreciate that it does not cycle through imperial units via any of the buttons on the front, there is a button on the back to change between g/Oz in the unlikely event I ever want to use it.The responsiveness is also a lot better than the previous scale I was using.
I bought these scales because it weighs to 10kgs; uses AAA NOT button batteries; it's easy to change to/from metric to imperial; use any container & zero its weight; large readout. It works great BUT MUST be totally level. When half off a bench protector 1mm high - it didn't work! Easy wipe down; flat: lives in a drawer. Don't need the clock. Downloaded manual from Soehnle so knew how it worked before purchase. Fast delivery.
I upgraded to digital scales after the plastic on my old Soenhle manual scales finally deteriorated, and I'm so happy that I chose this one. Although it's larger than other Soenhle scales, it's actually not that big. I really like that it doesn't have button batteries and that you can swap between metric and imperial easily. If you're comparing Soenhle scales, I highly recommend this one. A bit more expensive, but you'll have it for years.
Amazing little scale. It’s compact. Can weigh up to ten kilograms. Love it for everyday use (multiple times per day). It also displays the time! I sometimes have to turn it on and off as it sometimes doesn’t easily y reset to zero. But still love it !!
Purchased online and the buttons wouldn’t work. It would randomly turn on and get stuck on the clock and never weighed anything. Sometimes just wouldn’t turn on at all. I tried using it for 3 days but i was instantly in a bad mood pushing everything to get it to go to the scale. Put in new batteries and that made no difference however Myer was very good with the return and refund in store but didn’t assist me in an exchange so I’m still without food scales and happily overeating.
The 400 series is twice the size of my other page 100. In my opinion, it is a better size for bowls and jugs etc. The smaller scales work well when measuring smaller items the size of a say a cup since the display is easily covered by larger items.The larger scales also measure twice the weight - 10 kg. Bother scales take AAA size batteries that last a long time.Touch controls are sensitive and quick to respond. Tare function is also quick to zero. Glass surface easy to wipe down. I store on its long edge in drawer. Overall a quality set of scales.
