I purchased four pair and find the offer great support for my slippers. The one and only problem is that after wearing them for several weeks the left one develops a faint squeak which over time becomes louder and louder. Eventually it becomes very noticeable and objectionable. This occurred in every pair. I ordered several other brands but none provided the support I needed. I reordered the Sof Soles hoping it was a bad batch but the same left sole squeak has occurred. It has to be a manufacturing issue. I have ordered in past years without experiencing any squeak and have given these five stars in the past. Wish I could this time.

Great insoles but..

These insoles are great, really comfotable and cushioned. They arrived promply but the box had been torn open and the insoles were not inserted into the box correctly, I felt that these insoles had perhaps been tried and returned to Shoe insoles because the postal packaging was in a secure state. I pointed this out to Shoe insoles who said it had probably been damaged in transit which definitly wasn't the case, I asked if they sell returns and they totally ignored my email. This is such a shame because the insoles are brilliant but if I'm buying a return a wouldn't mind knowing that. I have now bought another pair of insoles from another company because of the lack of transparancy from Shoe insoles.

Like the website for helpful information. Insoles seem to be as advertised, though I haven't had them very long. Like the idea of being able to return them in a month if they don't work out. It is a good thing my shoe size is 9, because the insoles are just that size - I didn't have to trim them to fit. Not sure how they would have worked if I had a larger shoe.

I bought these insoles for work in a ware house. Quite frankly they were not of use to me. They are stiff and uncomfortable. Next time I will order a spongy type insole. They cushion much better.

I have been using these insoles for years. Tremendous product. The only real problem is that the price has doubled in 1 years time?? I will have to start looking for alternatives. If price had gone from $20 to $30 I might have understood but $40?

These just weren’t for me. I am quite sure they would be great for someone who needed sturdy support with heel cushioning. I actually just ordered the incorrect item by mistake, but I do love this brand! The Insole Store staff was very helpful with their communication back and forth, answering all of my questions, and getting me the insole that I initially intended. Great customer support.

Love these insoles. I put a pair into every pair of sneakers that I buy. I play tennis and have a condition similar to plantar fasciitis. These have been a life saver! I highly recommend!

Used in squash shoes

The soles in my squash shoes wore out so I bought these. Ideal replacement as you could buy the size you needed with the right thickness in the heel and trim to fit. I don't have wide feet so these were perfect. Can't say how long they will last but hopefully a long time as they were almost half the price of the trainers!

I have had many pairs of these insoles. They are brilliant. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and Morton's neuroma in the past and need to ensure my feet are comfortable at all times. I wear trainers most of the time and do a lot of walking, mainly urban but also trails and hills.

Works reasonably well for flat feet, but problem with de-lamination of layers.

Prefer the old model that was specifically for flat feet, but Scheels doesn’t carry it (or maybe SofSol doesn’t even make it anymore). This one is reasonably OK, though.Note, however, that after a month or so, the layers begin to de-laminate at the point of highest arch support. The top layer curls away from the edge.
